Allowed me to check in early as the room was already available when I arrived. Nice amount of space in the room. Easy communication, plus they speak good English. Loaned us umbrella when it was a rainy day. Convenient location, just a stop off Shinjuku but still within walking distance to the main area. It was quiet, room was warm, curtains blocked out light really well. We slept well the 2 nights we were there. Washing machine and microwave in the room was also convenient. Clothes dried overnight.

Great location, beds, washer, and bathroom. Nice and quiet, easy to access.

When we got there I felt I had made a bad booking, however we soon adjusted to the place. My only criticism is that some of the walls and ceilings are looking a bit tired - eg hangar marks on the wall, towel rail marks.

The apartment had decent facilities (washing machine but no dryer, microwave, bathtub etc.) and was located in a quiet part of the neighbourhood (though the area itself was pretty busy). The location is convenient since it is right by the Yamamote line and a local subway line, and is one stop away from Shinjuku station.

Though the location is convenient, it’s in a more rough area of Tokyo with lots of working migrants. The bathroom also had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away with turning on the ventilation.

We loved this place so so so much. We were here five nights and heavy rain kept us inside more than we wanted to be. While the room is small, it didn’t matter because it was so cozy and quiet. We loved having the washer and kitchenette and the tub. It’s DEAD QUIET. You will sleep like a rock and the linens and beds are perfect. Great location and a perfect place. Thank you!

I wish water for shower were hotter.

Great place to stay away from the crowds but still enjoy all Tokoy can offer in a couple of minutes. 5 minutes walk to JY or JB and one stop to Shinjuku station (or a 20 minutes walk up to Shinjuku station). A lot of shops, supermarket and restaurants in the area. The place is very quiet and has all you need for a couple of days (we stayed 4 night and did not miss samething). The wifi speed is also good.

The staff was very very kind, they even went with us to the 7-11 to help us ship our luggage and they were alwasy quick to respond and pratically fluent in english. The location was perfect as the apartment itself was very quiet but also very close to a main street with a JR Line connection. 7-11, Donki and every other store or restaurants you might need are in close proximity.

This was by far my favourite stay in Japan! I loved this place and I would definitely go back if I have a chance to stay in Tokyo again. First of all I think the area is very charming and very well connected. The room was spotless, well organised and the balcony was definitely a plus. The bed was also super comfortable!

Literally nothing!

1. The staffs are very responsive to texts despite off working hour. 2. The check in & check out procedure is very convenient and easy. 3. The room size is not too small and comfortable 4. Washing machine is provided with detergent for one-time usage. You're able to get more detergent with additional costs at a reasonable price. 5. Microwave is provided and that makes heating up of food from convenience store easy. 6. Location is good as it is not too far from the station.

1. Cold air is still able to come into the room through window gaps and that makes the stay slightly uncomfortable especially during winter. 2. The design of the room is odd in such a way that there is no proper wash basin provided at the toilet. Instead, we usually have to use the kitchen sink. It was actually alright for us if not because the trash bin is located right in front of the kitchen cabinet where you usually would stand to use the sink. It's a design glitch. 3. No floor mat to dry your feet after shower.

Great location close to lots of shopping and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet residential area. Staff and communication were all helpful and efficient making check-in, staying and checking out very easy.

Nothing, everything was great for self-contained accommodation.

The location is great and near to train station. Nearby restaurants have a lot varieties such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Fast-food and etc. The host is friendly and helpful. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. She is as well responsive on our queries even though we request via email.

Wishing there could be more power plug next to each bed. No lifts so we need to carry our baggage upto level 2.
