I loved everything. Rooms were larger than I thought. There were 2 tvs in each of my rooms. Tv for living room area and tv in bedroom area. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff was nice patient and polite. Pillow and beds comfy

I didn’t like my reservation said breakfast included but it in fact wasn’t. You were given a menu to choose from for restaurant style breakfast it’s not included in booking price.

I remember the good ole days when rooms got cleaned every day. Now that doesn’t happen I believe to save money under the guises of saving the planet bs. I usually get an air B and B since i have to make my own bed anymore

Very clean. Good location.

They only had two luggage racks and that just didn’t work. We had to take the office chair to put one of our things on to take it out to the car and then bring the chair back would prefer not to have to do that but something you can’t just carry.

The staff was great! Originally I was on the first floor and they offered to put me and my girl on fifth floor so we could have more privacy without me asking. The breakfast they made me a vegetable omelette that was amazing. The hot coffee was great. Thanks very much :)

Was greeted upon my initial arrival (2/25 about 9 p.m.). Front desk staff was really friendly and professional. Later called and asked for a late arrival, and the immediate response was a cheerful, "Done!" In the morning when I came down, I was greeted by both people at the front desk. None of these greetings were perfunctory. Rather, each was genuine. Breakfast was terrific. I ordered from the menu, and my server was great, as was the server who brought the food. Nice atmosphere.

There was truly nothing I was bothered by.

It wasn't explained that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. It was inconvenient for me..

I like the location and the size of my room and coffee machine inside it plus the fridge

Location was extremely convenient. The hotel was in great condition and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and also greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. We had a great stay!

The only thing we did not enjoy was how early housekeeping started going around to clean rooms. It wouldn't have been much of an issue except they were not very quiet in how they work. It was a very loud thing to hear first thing in the morning especially when traveling for the holiday and sleeping in on some days.
