It was a beautiful property, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had continental breakfast for the guests with optional upgrades and they made the stay very safe and comfortable. Plus it had incredible views.

The place is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us get a taxi every time we asked for one. They were readily available to help us with anything we needed. We even had some of our clothes washed which was great. The food was decent.

The pool needs to be cleaned. Lots of insects floating in the water. The shower was challenging because the water would either be really really hot or really cold. There was a very large cockroach in one of our rooms. We know this place is further up in the mountains where you may encounter more insects but we were not expecting to have one in the room. When we checked in, the paperwork we signed indicates they are not responsible for lost items. Both safe boxes didn't work. Luckily we did not encounter any problems. It indicates on the reservation that they have air conditioning but it really is only a fan. You need a car or taxi if you stay here, it's 20min from El centro by taxi.

It had a beautiful view on the patio to have breakfast by the pool

The pressure on the shower was poor. And when turning to adjust the temperature it would decrease the pressure too. Didn’t really get cold water no matter which side you turned the handle. Would’ve preferred a shower wand too.

the best staff in Oaxaca! they helped me out in a real bind. I left my backpack (with important items) in a restaurant between puerto escondido and Oaxaca and they coordinated the shipping back to Oaxaca. otherwise, the hotel is quite nice too. clean, quiet, reasonably priced, our double room even had a mini fridge, which has been a rare thing in my travels throughout Mexico (7 months or so).

Pool could have been a bit cleaner but really it wasn’t that hot outside anyway.

This is a lovely garden property, quiet, and. well groomed. The pool and barbecue area were highlights of our stay. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful.

The room for my elderly in-laws could have been a little more conscious of the slippery shower floor... grips would have been useful and floor decals to prevent slipping.

Beautiful grounds, attentive staff. Sheets and towels changed daily. Fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, and coffee free of charge each morning.

Every thing especially the staff sonya and the girls were so lovely and very helpful the breakfast the pool the peace I would definitely recommend and come back again booked 2 nights stayed 8 so that says it all the little village 5 min walk and local bus that takes you in to Centro 5 min walk beautiful place to stay and relax

First off the receptionist Sonja was wonderful spoke perfect English very kind and helpful such a lovely person Fabulous place to stay lovely grounds and swimming pool and breakfast was delicious a real treat Every one all staff were friendly and kind I would certainly recommend staying

beautiful inside and out cool little plane for kids on the lawn spacious and super clean.

the pool was a bit to cold to swim in and needed some love. kitchen and restaurant were really nice wood fired pizza.
