Breakfast was very crazy on Sunday July 28th ran out of food no food attendant, short in waiters. I always go there this time was unusual not good service at all. But I love this hotel and the staff

Incredibly comfy bed. Quiet considering it’s near the airport. The shuttle service to and from airport (which is free). The breakfast. The peacocks. The games room. We only stayed one night as we needed to be near to the airport and even with our flight being very late the next day we were welcome to stay and enjoy the facilities and have a shower and freshen up before our flight.

Sadly the spa is separate. I understand paying for treatments separately but I would’ve thought we could walk into the spa on a day pass with the hotel and sit in the nice setting. Luckily the gym is accessible to hotel guests and has a sauna and steam room which we enjoyed

Great amenities and a 24 hour restaurant. I used the sauna, steam room (strong eucalyptus that it burned my eyes), and hot tub by the pool. Great breakfast spread which is included in your stay.

I didn’t have hot water. I was really looking forward to a hot one after a week of being in the rainforest with cold water only. The water in Movich’s rain shower in the room was mildly warm. Also needed to request a robe to go to the sauna which I would think would be in the room already.

the proximity to the airport and quickness of the staff in assisting transportation, etc. the room was lovely and worth the upgrade. the restaurants on the property were also very nice and the food was great at the international restaurant.

our family that also stayed there had a service dog that they were unable to bring, however, once we got there, we saw dogs on the premises. So, I just wish the website was a little more clear on if pets and service animals are allowed.

The location of the property is great, close to the airport and the local shopping. The hotel has great restaurants and and excellent bar. We had dinner at Pacai and would definitely recommend to check it out. We also visited the Kua Spa and it was just 10/10, great service, attention for our needs and wants. The gym was great and there were several other facilities such as a tennis court. The bed and cushions were super confortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was okay, ample options but not everything was as delicious as it looked (great presentation). Overall a great stay!

I would loved to have gotten at least a bottle of complementary water (tap water smelled like chlorine and wasn’t drinkable). I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Europe and US where tap water isn’t drinkable and you get a complementary bottle of water to stay hydrated. A half liter bottle of water was $2 (which we found to be reasonable).

Lovely grounds, two very good restaurants, comfortable bed, peacocks strolling around the pool, shuttle was prompt, two minutes to airport, most staff very gracious

Excessive monitoring at poolside, unusual system for lighting room (which they did not explain at check-in), no milk for coffee (had to buy a glass from the restaurant)

Room: Amazing. Food: Incredible. Front desk staff: A+

The pick-up shuttle is totally unreliable. They were let known of my immediate arrival and once on-site they stopped receiving messages or calls. Waited for 20 minutes without any kind of response and had to take an Uber. Not one apologizing message did I receive. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport: flawlessly on time.

The property is vey close to the airport, secure, well maintained and great service. Great breakfast and overall good restaurants. 24 hour room service was good and fast. Perfect hotel when not going into Medellin or for late/early flights. It’s an oasis as you really get more resort feel than airport hotel.

Everything was great.

Good security, Pleasant staff members, close to the airport, nice breakfast, expansive grounds with plants, trees, and peacocks. Enjoyed the gym, both free weights and machines. Using the treadmill with a view of the road (in the distance, no noise from the cars) and the grounds was nice...added plus that one of the doors was open for air. (I dislike working out without fresh air) The room was very clean and I appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air.

Price is high in comparison to other options in Colombia. Room was clean but bathroom was still wet and bedsheet had a wet bleach smelling "stain" so I suppose the room was last minute cleaned for us (and we arrived at 7pm so it´s not that we were early birds). That felt a bit weird. Also, I hate that type of shower where you have to regulate the temperature while standing in it and having zero impact on the quantity or direction of water (way too hard, so in the beginning you´re completely sprayed with cold). But, it´s not the only place in Colombia that has that type of shower.
