I was attending a wedding in the area so it was a good location. It is about an hour outside of Medellin and about an hour from Guatape. The staff were amazing. They helped arrange transport for the different events I was attending. You have a choice of breakfast options and it is brought to your room at the time you desire. All the options tasted great! The rooms are spacious and views are amazing.

Hair dryers and irons are available upon request, however it would be more convienient if they were already in the room.

Food was delivered when requested and the room was comfortable. I was also placed in a room next door to my friends which might have been a happy coincidence, but was nice! Location was also great because it was a quick ride to the hotel from the airport.

There wasn't anything that I did not like!

We arrived early and were able to check in a couple hours before check in time. The room was big. Location was convenient.

Breakfast. We had to make a reservation and preorder our breakfast. Thats fine but as soon as we arrived at the table they gave us a plate of barely warm precooked food. Plus I had to beg for coffee and it was mediocre at best.

fantastic! staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful at all hours of the day and night. room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. nice hot shower and in a beautiful secluded neighborhood but seems within walking distance to two malls and food options. beautiful view and very quiet, no noise from planes or construction. perfect stay. pool and jacuzzi and gym were beautiful.

air conditioning made funny noise that was a little annoying throughout the night but hopefully they can fix this or it was just an issue with our room.

I liked the location, comfortable, clean

The shower drain is blocked, we reported it and they didn't fix it. The dining room is small.

Helpful staff, spacious, clean room, kitchenette, nice area to walk the dogs, walking distance to Mall.

Not keen on extra charge for dogs. Maybe charge if damage upon inspection of the room.

Breakfast was served on time, when requested. They had 3 options including a vegitarian option. The location was good, very close to the airport and about 1 hour drive to Medellin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and the bed is very comfortable! Room is cleaned daily!

The kitchen missed some pans.

Perfect hotel close to the airport. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a huge bed, TV and air conditioning. Bathroom was also clean and great shower. The pool area is super too. Finally, staff was very welcoming and helpful - special thanks to Tatiana :)

Only thing we missed was water dispensers, but they do sell small water bottles in the reception

Our room was a large suite with a little kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, sink, refrigerator, some dishes etc. Table with chairs and sofa made this unit really comfortable if outside is raining or the guests simply want to stay in. The bed was more than our expectation and made our sleeping very comfortable. The staff is amazing; they helped for all our needs. At the breakfast we had really good omelette with fresh fruit and the best mandarine juice ever.

It was hard to use the the gym; for reasons related to COVID, all hours were booked by other guests. From our windows some works are in progress even if during our staying no noises and no works outside. The only negative thing is that during the night time some planes land to the near airport getting noises that can wake up.

Room, The front desk person that helped me late at nigh went above and beyond to not turn me around knowing that I was traveling alone with 2 children

Everything was great, no complains.
