The kindness and sense of hospitality of the hosts and the staff, good ratio price / quality, location (10’ walking distance from the beach, in a street with plenty of food options), rooms simple but clean and with some nice touch of decoration, sustainability conscious (provide plastic bottles that can be refilled in the main area), recommendations for beaches, food and what to do in the area, I got great and kind help each time I needed (find a taxi, book a one day trip at a better price than travel agencies, know where to withdraw money, I fell and got my knee a bit injured and they kindely offered to drive me to the nearest medical centre)

We loved the place very much! Homelike atmosphere, wonderful hosts speaking better English than mine (which is, in fact, unusual in Thailand). Sustainable approach to household was what surprised and pleased me most. Guests are given reusable plastic bottles and can refill them with no restrictions. Recommendations on local spots and, all in all, communication with the hosts were brilliant. Location was great too. Breakfasts were not outstanding in the sense of variety but quality of products was great. Shower facilities were really good, unexpectedly for two stars accommodation.

Brilliant hotel. The feeling was chilled and friendly. Staff super helpful, made you feel really welcome and gave advice and help to get around , recommended restaurants that were excellent. I highly recommend. The hotel is super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable. The pictures are accurate so don’t worry about the place being different. Breakfast basic - toast, fruit, omelette and pancakes but all nicely done. I think this place is really great value for money. Nat and Visa who run the place are a joy to deal with ….both personally and through messaging / WhatsApp.

Best place to stay in Khao Lak so far. Nat and Visa take such good care of every detail. Giving you advice regarding tours, places to eat (amazinggg & yummy), and always pending if you need anything. The hotel is super well located, close to the main market, beach, and main shops. In addition everything is super clean, cozy, comfortable matress and plenty of options for breakfast. Definetely I’m coming back :)

The most friendly and kind owners that we have met on Thailand during our travel (Nat and Visa). Everything was so easy, communication via WhatsApp. We got our taxi transfer organized by then as well, and our send recommendations for diving operators and KhaoSok tour operators which were awesome. Nice breakfast with homemade yoghurt and pancakes have been served. Maybe if you can add some peanut butter for breakfast, this would be nice.

We had to fight some mosquitos in our room.

The owners have somehow created an oasis of calm and comfort in the middle of Khao Lak. Welcoming, friendly, clean, comfortable, best coffee we have had for a while and quite possibly the best omelette we've had in SE Asia. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, when they couldn't fit us in for an extra night after our dive trip they organised a room at a different hotel and transferred our luggage there for us. That is real service for you. Oh, and the bike hire place next door was great too.

The hotel manager and the whole staff is extremely friendly and warmhearted. We got excellent advice for tours, restaurants and activities. The Hotel itself is a class of its own: perfectly organized, clean, outstanding breakfast, lovely design and interior. And it's still small enough, that you feel special and connected to the country you spend your holidays in. 🙂 It's definitely a premium choice, when you go to Khao Lak. I highly recommend it.

I just love the place!! Extended more nights as originally planned. It‘s very calm but still located so well close to everything you need, the beach, restaurants, shops, easily reachable. The room is so clean & spacious, the bed comfy, there are hangers & hooks, a fridge, table, chair, all you need. The breakfast is really good (fruit, yoghurt, musli, pancakes, bread, omelette etc etc), just a Thai option would be great as an additional little detail. Nat is so welcoming and helpful! So kind! Whatever Nat offers, it has quality!

Nat is the most amazing host. She helped me organizing transfer, tours and she also gave me very good recomendations regarding places to visit, restaurants, etc Such an amazing place to stay in Khao Lak for sure and very close to the market and well conected. The hotel is very cozy, and it's very easy to feel like home been away.

It was just brilliant, so helpful, and accommodating. Lovely room, clean, comfortable, and homely (my daughter wanted to take a lighthouse lamp home with her!) We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much! We stayed 4 nights but could have stayed longer and would definitely book again.
