Great location, lovely public space, friendly staff

Having stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Vienna we thought the breakfast didn’t match up. The menu items had amazing descriptions that didn’t really match what we received. No chocolate croissants in the buffet. The Bircher Müsli was disappointing. These are very small things in the overall scheme of things, but they are the things you remember.

The ambiance, the decoration, the scent, the products and the overall quality in every detail in the hotel. I also like that staff were very helpful and service skillful. I loved the Gym as well, and the quality of the drinks at the bar.

Just a silly thing, when I asked for an ice bucket, the barman at the time said he had ice but didn't have an ice bucket, even if we had just had one in our room when we ordered prosecco. We eventually got one, after I searched for it in the restaurant. But I think this could have been done by the barman and it stood out to me since everyone else had been so nice and helpful. Other than that nothing to mention, our stay was awesome.

A unique modern urban forest alike design with good vibe , stuff is friendly and supportive , the room was very clean and well equipped.. I would definitely will rebook this pearl in the heart of Vienna .. thank you stuff 😊

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! Everything in the hotel looks and feels so fresh, clean and new, and while in the hotel we felt like in the garden. The hotel staff was super nice (especially the reception and cleaning teams) and gave us early check-in around 6 am without any additional fee. This is a sort of things which creates customer loyalty. The location is also amazing - it is just a minute from the metro and took us around 5-7 minutes on metro to get to the city centre, Schonbrunn Palace and other places. The thing in the hotel we loved most were blankets (probably the best I ever seen), they are just super convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and strongly recommend the hotel to everyone! Additional tip: if you decide to stay there, definitely visit Anker Bakery and Budapest Bistro, which are very close to the hotel and serve amazing food!

The F&B team from the breakfast and dinner was amazing, always smiling and asking if everything is fine. I really enjoyed the room with balcony and the kindness of restaurant staff. PS the dinner was lovely

It would be nice an expresso machine in the room and a bit more interaction at front desk staff.

My stay at this hotel was truly perfect! The location is excellent, conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore in the city. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression. I also want to highlight their incredible laundry service, which was not only top-notch but impressively fast. It was nicely designed with a lot of green plants, we had a little patio and the room felt spacious and it was really quiet! The subway was just on the other side of the road, which made travel into the city center easy and quick.

There was a lot of other people’s hair in the bed and on the pillows, either from the cleaners or previous guests. We had to decide how many days they would clean as they didn’t clean everyday. We asked for one day of cleaning on our four day trip.They changed the wastebasket and remade the bed every day but didn’t change towels once. But worst was the restaurant! Avoid it! Tasteless and empty for a reason. The waitress came with a “ welcome greetings from the kitchen”, which we hadn’t ordered. A nice gesture we thought even though it was a tiny piece of focaccia and one sundried tomato. A “welcome greeting” the later charged us 7 euros for. Not a way to treat guests, it felt more like a robbery.

Breakfast was pretty much the same offering every single day, even daily specials. Food quality was good but wouldn't say excellent. Funnily enough, breakfast is served at the Pigment, the very same place were we enjoyed such a great dinner one evening. Also, some hotel standard items like a shoe polish sponge or shower caps are missing from the room. And room cleaning, which is an option, usually takes place late inthe day.
