Very big apartment, The cleanliness, tranquillity and friendly staff. Ideal family apartment for maximum 6 persons, and very close to Arpico store. We ordered 2 extra soft pillows which we got them and was really extra soft. Kitchen is well equipped. Room service breakfast is possible. The taxi service was excellent also with a host to guide and stay with you for the whole day, this was super nice and we feel very secure with our driver/host Mr. Rizwan. A special thanks also to Dilshan .

The beds are comfortable. Great Location is a highlight. The international and Sri Lankan breakfast is really in good quality. Staff is attentive on every aspect of the stay. From hassle-free check-in/checkout to the meticulous housekeeping, the hotel ensures that every detail is taken care of. Overall, the stay was perfect.

The property is located in a central part of Colombo within walking distances to shops and restaurants. The apartments are ideal for couples and also families offering two to three bedrooms with bathrooms. The property manager is friendly, ready to help with any requests you may have. He can even arranged transportation with car and drivers to travel around Sri Lanka. Staff is friendly too. The apartment complex has a security guard day and night. You can also shop for food nearby.

My stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment I stayed in was well appointed. It was clean, quiet, and right in the middle of Colombo. And the staff were incredibly accommodating. I lost my phone on a tuktuk and one of the managers spent two hours chasing the tuktuk, with me on my laptop with “Find my phone” locating the phone. Can’t recommend this place enough. Book it now!

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very conveniently located for main sights in Colombo. There is a large supermarket right opposite for convenient shopping. Staff are very helpful.

The washing machine was manual, though our co-travellers apartment had an automatic. Check before arrival if this makes a difference to you.

Apartment is big and spacious. You have lots of room for everyone, specially for bigger family. Location is good, grocery is just across the road, many good caffees and restaurant are nearby. Also one big park is very close by where you can do morning runs and exercises and playing with kids.

All hotel/house is tired and need bigger repairs. In our apartment furniture was broken in many places. Room cleaning service is not good- dust rollers and spider webs hang from ceilings, the plane of the furniture is dusty, floors are very dusty. Kitchen facilities are poor and pots and pans are very used. I believe that after refreshing it can be very good place to stay!

Super location, super staff, he was very helpful, he guided us what we can visit, places to eat. location close to everything you need, super clean, super nice apartment, very spacious. We will come back with great love. We recommend more than 100%.

Safe location at the center of the city. Very friendly staff. They provided all kitchen utensils. We felt vey comfortable during our stay. The manager and staff are very kind and paid attention to all our requests. Cleaning staff came everyday. There are good restaurants nearby. There is a big 'Arpico' shopping mall at walking distance.
