The room was lovely - no view but very elegant and very very comfortable. The hotel entrance belies a spectacular inner building - a sweeping wide staircase with ornate chandeluar; a beautiful bar/dinning area. The staff are lovely and discrete - they react quickly to any query and seem happy to do so. The breakfast was delicious- there was an array of food to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty.

A petty thing - but the TV remote didn't work, there was no information in the room - breakfast time, reception number, departure time etc.

Have stayed there many times over the years - location is perfect - clean comfy rooms and staff is always wonderful ! The breakfast is the best - wonderful hot and cold beautiful selections. !

My only gripe this time is that they have renovated since I was there last about 8 years ago and the rooms are about half the size they used to be which was disappointing..our superior upgraded room barely had room to move past the beds… always loved how their rooms were large before…

It was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, bathroom had under floor heating, it was very clean overall and the staff were fab.

Though some vegan options for breakfast was available, more options would be great with clearer labelling, we has to keep finding staff and ask them and they in turn had to go into the kitchen to check. Vegan dinner options were poor in all three restaurants.

I was making a difficult trip to see a very ill friend and Elite Mollberg was a sanctuary. A beautiful hotel, a clean, comfortable room, delicious food, everything you expect from a four star hotel, but where Elite Mollberg excels is in the care and attention their staff provide. No one knew the reason for my stay, but every member of staff, without exception, was attentive and treated me with care and consideration. Elite Mollberg was a much needed and appreciated sanctuary at a difficult time. My heart felt thanks to everyone there.

Excellent: front desk staff, breakfast, room, comfortable bed/ mattress.

I didn’t like that we had chipped cups (for tea/coffee) both in our room and at the restaurant for breakfast. Another disappointing thing was the A/C. Despite the instructions we couldn’t increase the temperature level and the fan (too strong), so woke up early morning before the actual alarm clock totally freezing and feeling under the weather. The parking was a few minutes away with fixed option of 24 hrs only and cost 350 SEK (which is more about Helsingborg overall rather than hotel facilities).

Our room was upgraded (and I found a birthday card and gift in the room) The room looked over the square but was not noisy at all, though it was Saturday night. Breakfast was everything you could possibly want in a beautiful, rather grand room. The staff were absolutely charming, kind and helpful. It was a lovely evening so we ate a delicious meal outside on the terrace. Perfect.

That we got a hefty parking fine outside the hotel. Hadn't understood the restrictions. Otherwise there was nothing at all ti criticise.

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that the stay was as enjoyable as possible. Of course, no stay at a hotel is complete without a good breakfast, and this hotel did not disappoint. The morning spread was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. If you're looking for a place to stay that combines old-world charm with modern comfort and convenience, this is definitely the place for you.

Parking in the area might be costly.

Location, bar/restaurant very good quality and wonderful decor, good quality bed and selection of pillows.

Wifi not working, needs some cosmetic repairs (large knicks in the corridor walls), breakfast needs some serious upgrading (quality of food, assortment, presentation, larger plates, general flow of buffet area). Would have appreciated more bathroom toiletries (shower cap, vanity kit, more than one travel size conditioner).

The location perfect, we can walk aroundthe town centre and easy to find a place for eat & the breakfast good

The one I didn't like it is when the cleaning service knocked the door about 8.30am asking to clean the room and come another person just open the door when we are rest/take nap in the afternoon about 2-3pm and talked asked to clean the room. You have signed about clean the room that guest can hang it on the door so better train your cleaning service more

Very nice hotel with a good location and friendly athmosphere. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff in the reception, very welcoming. Good restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Parking was available in the nearby parking area until 11 am at a very reasonable price. A really nice and comfortable stay on our travel to Germany. Short trip to harbour and to the ferry to Denmark. We will return!
