Very impersonal but efficient check in and out, breakfast and overall stay. I don’t think I spoke to one staff member the entire time. The room and pillows and bed were glorious. Breakfast was not as wow as I read, everything was pre-bought nothing home made. Not even pancakes. At this price I’d like them to make pancakes and not just heat pre bought frozen ones. But I’m a food nerd. The restaurant AMA was 💯 hands down best in town you have to eat there soooo good!

No staff. Breakfast was from frozen or pre packaged. Not even the scrambled eggs were eggs, it was a package. Pancakes were bulk bought. Cheese all on one block with one butter knife for all different cheeses. Just could have done better. Room and pillows and sheets and balcony were all great.

- Very courteous staff: When we checked in, we got a small room without closet. As we stayed for one week, we asked for a bigger room with space for our big suitcases - and we very lucky enough we got a nice large room on an upper floor. This is definitely customer care! :-) - Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet - absolutely amazing: the rooftop terrace and bar with a great view - located directly at the harbour, so just a few steps away from the ferry to Helsingör, the train station and the beach

- no closet in the standard rooms - okay for one or 2 nights but definitely unconvenient for a longer stay - no safe in the room to store laptops and other electronic devices - solution: we could use the lockers available in the luggage room

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good choices for breakfast. The hotel lays by the harbour so it has both the sea and city view. Walking distance to the bus stop (if you want to visit Fredriksdal Museet, Tropikariet, Toy World or Väla shopping mall), few minutes walk to Helsingborg C (trains and the boat ride to Helsingör, Denmark), and good choices for stores and restaurants nearby.The hotel had great choice for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Clarion Sea U!

Bed was great (mattress, pillow, sheets etc). Good shower. Nice atmosphere and excellent location. Breakfast was well above average. Nice to have balcony. Good sound proofing. Gym was quite fine.

Bread rolls at breakfast were not fresh. The only thing I can remember that wasn't top good in this hotel. And roof top bar was closed?

There was a wide range in the breakfast buffet. The location where the buffet is also nice as you overlook the harbour. The location of the hotel was also very good considering Central station is nearby (3-4 mins walk) and hotel has restaurants around it. The hotel had displayed the name on the TV for welcoming in the room, which was a sweet gesture. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

Booking of swimming pool

Everything was great but there were two problems that explain in the lower part.

1- The breakfast time is very short , those who travel to rest , prefer to wake up later in the morning . 2- An international hotel like your’s should provide parking for guests.

Breakfast was very much choice and god quality. Bonus for the gift shop in the lobby.

The roof top bar was to loud with the DJ. Would have gained from less sound volume and more lounge style music.

The Breakfast was excellent, a few more varieties compared to the standard breakfast in other hotels. The location was exceptional and very near to the Central Station just 5 minutes walk to the Hotel and the Sea view from the Hotel is the main attraction and one shouldn't miss the Sea corridor walk.

The beds could have been little more comfortable. Instead of the dipping pool, a normal swimming pool would have been more better for all guests to enjoy.

Breakfast was great... tremendous selection of delicious food!!

The only complaint that we had was that the bathroom did not have a "night light", enabling us to "find" it in the middle of the night. The bathroom light was really bright, which was great... except at 03h00... :)
