where to start...the staff were so friendly, helpful and very respectful. even the manager, Caner bey, took the time to personally welcome us and say goodbye. i had read the reviews but this was more than i expected. Caner bey upgraded us to a family deluxe room, so grateful for that. what a beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable room. the pool was very hygienic and relaxed. this is the kind of hotel you want to go back to, you don't have to worry about anything. the breakfast was also extensive and delicious there too the staff super friendly. i can't express it enough from the cleaning lady to the guys who even helped us with parking the car. and then to start about the super location, could not be better all kinds of shops within walking distance, the sea a short distance away, and despite the crowds the hotel is still easy to reach and easy to park. so if anybody looking for a hotel in this area stop looking any further. much much thanks to all of you but especially to Mr Veysel who is such a nice and helping person .

Breakfast has many options, especially the salads. The hotel is new and cozy, cleanliness is on top thanks to Turan bey. Location is near various shops and the biruni hospital, which is convenient for patients. Staff is helpful and caring. The rooms are spacious, every day cleaning. There is spa with pool, saunas, hamam. Operation manager Mehmet Caner solved all issues and gave good room. Waiter Saniyad is kind to guests. Overall, big thanks to all hotel workers.

breakfast, not enough choices

The the manager Mr. Caner and his staff Murtaza, Ekin and Veysel were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was really ok and the kitchen chef and the waiter prepared special omelette for us and scrambled egg for the children. The maids were friendly and made sure that our rooms were clean. Great wifi. The pool was clean and comfortable.

The location is far from the town center but there is a metro bus nearby that can take you to the town center. It is close to Florya beach.

Me and my Spouse :)) We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and we’re deeply grateful to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. A very special thank you to Mr Murtaza, whose kindness and professionalism truly made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel is wonderful. Freshly renovated, cozy rooms, the hotel has a swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna, and several cardio machines. All this is included in the price of accommodation. Starting from our arrival, we were met at the reception and called a doorman, who took us to our room, showed us all the amenities and explained the schedule. On the same day, they brought us a plate of fruit and a personal letter, where we were greeted and explained the advantages of the hotel's location. It was very nice. We were also pleased with the breakfasts. A large variety of food, as well as a nice girl who speaks Russian, was always worried about our comfort and offered additional dishes. This hotel cares about your comfort, if you need a glass of ice in the middle of the night, they will bring it to you, just call the reception. The guy from the reception also helped us in an extraordinary situation, thank him very much for that. In general, everything went just fine.

But I want to point out a few comments: 1) we didn't know that you need a swimming cap in the hotel pool, this was the first time we encountered this, so if you didn't know this either, take it with you, or you can buy it at the reception on the -3 floor. 2) Noise conduction. It didn't bother me and my husband much, but if you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind. For example, we could hear our neighbors' alarm clock. 3) Problems with the Internet. The TV constantly disconnected from the local Wi-Fi, so we had to share our own. We didn't contact the staff with this problem, so maybe it could have been solved.
