The room was cute and cosy. My 13 year old daughter loved it, especially the giant bean bag! We loved the cleanliness, the storage space in the bathroom, the fluffy towels, and the giant tv! The fan was great as it was very warm. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus. Great security locks, and choice of mirror lights and lamps. Also convenient location right in town. Great price.

It was ever so slightly cramped, for what was meant to be a king sized room. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, because the mattress felt too big for the bed size?

Beautiful room ,bunk bed wobbly with every movement and 4 rooms using one bathroom .is not enough..average 8 + guests is too many.. The position is perfect for exploring and the bar is lovely!.

Lovely room, huge TV, extremely comfortable bed. Had a tassimo coffee machine and kettle in the room. The shared bathroom was up a further flight of stairs, but it was lovely, modern, and clean. Ideally situated within walking distance to everything. Host very polite and accomodating. Would 100% stay again.

The stairs up to the room are quite steep, which isn't really an issue except the lights only worked until we got halfway up them. The rest of the way to the rooms was in darkness. The same for the main lights in the room didn't work. Lots of lamps, which was a saviour but also didn't light the room enough for 4 of us to get ready to go out for the night. Got in touch with the host who wasn't in the country, but she offered to move us out of our room, but there weren't any others available for 4 people. Not much else she could have done really not being nearby, and the main lights not working was our only issue. The rest of the facilities were great. It wouldn't stop us from returning.

Great location, we loved the style of the room. Very cozy, clean and tidy. The room had everything we needed (clean towels, hair dryer, ironing board). Easy self check in.

The kettle was not clean, and we couldn’t make hot drinks. The sink was far too small, the water dropped everywhere on the floor (the bathroom was tiny but proportionate to the room). We would have appreciated a small bottle of water (from the supermarket, nothing fancy 😊) Check in should be a little earlier (2 or 3pm).

The size of the room perfect for us, my partner is 6ft7 and he managed just about. It was super comfy and modern and felt secure. Great location from someone who used to live in Worcester it was great and the price was good for what you get. The TV was nice and had access to sky which was lovely to curl up after returning from dinner. The shower was nice and hot and powerful. Had kettle and coffee machine if you wanted and the noise from the nightlife died down about 12am which was fine for us. We also didn't find the stairs and issue but we are on the younger end and quite able.

The shower was rusty and needed a good scrub, maybe something soft on the sharp edge in the shower as my taller partner bumped him head on the tiles. We found it funny but someone else might not. We were locked out of the first door as we weren't given a code for it and had to be assisted by staff. Luckily we checked in within daylight hours and someone was around as we wouldn't know what to do otherwise. I also did not expect to have to strip the bed in the morning. Our circumstances weren't the best as we were attending my mother's funeral that morning so the last thing I wanted was to worry about was the bedding however, I appreciate it was a cheap stay and it was still worth it.

The location was great for the Xmas market , right in the centre of the city. The room though compact was comfortable & quirky with the uneven floors & beams. Had a really good night's sleep , the bed was really comfortable with lovely linen & pillows. Though our room over looked the outside of the bar , the noise wasn't excessive & we had no trouble falling asleep. We used our 22% if in the bar , a nice little touch. Would definitely book here again if we come to Worcester for the Xmas market.

We did have trouble with the self check in , but this was soon sorted out & we were given a fob instead. We also had trouble with our telly , but again the manager came to our room & managed to get the telly on Netflix so we found something to watch .

I have stayed at Riize many times now and every time it has been a pleasure. Always good communications on how to use the brilliant self check in. Admin are always happy to answer questions if there are any issues. Beds are comfy, rooms are always clean and well presented. Plenty of good parking options around the centre of Worcester too. Smart TVs in every room means you can stream your own Netflix or BBC etc. Fantastic spot.

No terrestrial TV channels available on TV. Smart TVs are good, but being able to flick through the channels would be nice.

The location was very good and the apartment clean, comfortable and well equipped. Slightly quirky place. Once we'd managed to sort the remote access to our room it worked every time. We recommend the bar next door, number 22, which has good beers and a nice ambiance.

We read on other reviews about problems with the remote check-in system, and we experienced similar. But the builders working on the property next door, and the staff in the number 22 bar next door were very helpful. The TV didn't work when we arrived, but once again the number 22 staff helped fix this.

We booked two rooms and they were both beautiful, you can tell they have put a lot of effort into renovating the space. The bed was comfy and the parking garage was just a five-minute walk so not too bad. The location is right in the middle of the main street of town with lots of cool looking shops. We were not there long enough to really do anything, just passing through.

We were not made aware that the rooms are above a bar that plays music until two in the morning. Thankfully, I had some noise cancelling earbuds so I was fine but, if someone were to book the room I would want them to be prepared. Also, could have used some instruction on the shower in the shared bathroom. Just a short written explanation would be helpful. There were 8 knobs to figure out...

Location fantastic with lots of bars, shops & restaurants within a stones throw. Car park near and cheap too. Easy check in. Bed was extremely comfy. Gorgeous bathroom. Well equipped kitchen if needed.Tea,coffee & milk sachets provided with a lovely touch of Biscoff biscuits too. Huge TV and Wi-Fi. Can order room service from the bar next door too. Communication with the property before and during 100%

Room 1 had patio doors off the kitchen onto a patio with table and chairs. This had changed since booking so no room to sit but if a smoker it’s great- maybe a wall ash tray would be good going forward. I did contact the owners who have since opened the coolest bar at the back so taken some space that was part of the room. Would have been nice to have been told about that change in advance. We did have some drinks in their bar 22 totally recommend. Noisy on a weekend but stops at 12am No issues we had the best time.
