location is perfect. very safe. clean. private. There appear to be 4 rooms with private bathrooms, spacious and we had a patio with partial acropolis view. daily cleaning. there’s a small refrigerator with milk, juice, water, cheese, cold cuts. There are jars with cereal, jam, butter, bread, eggs, toast , fruit etc. to do a self serve breakfast whenever you want. We were never able to finish the food but whatever we used was replenished daily. It is 2minutes walk straight down the street from monistiraki metro, about 10 minutes to syntagma. easy access by metro to Athens train station to travel to other cities such as Thessaloniki or kalambaka (meteora). Elias manages the property. He contacted me about the arrival time in Athens and was there waiting even though the train was a little delayed. We also followed google maps a round about way from monistiraki metro to the Pandrosos suites. Ask for specific directions from Elias as it is literally straight down the street from the metro. Elias showed us around the room, patio, bathroom, breakfast area, heat, air, nearby grocery stores, restaurants etc. Everything is right there or close by that you might need. You can walk to most main attractions or take the metro which is very inexpensive and efficient. I believe 1.2 euros one ticket or about4.10$ for 24 hours. There is no front desk as Pandrosos suites is not a hotel but managed rooms. Elias was always available by what’s app and quite frankly was better than any hotel reception desk. There was a snowstorm in Athens during our visit and he was in constant contact to make sure that we were okay and checking on our travel to Thessaloniki.
nothing. very very happy. in fact, we canceled another booking that we had made to book Pandrosos suites again after returning to Athens from a 5 day trip to Thessaloniki and Meteora. There is no elevator. There are 3 flights of beautiful wooden stairs. Elias carried our suitcases up to the room. We did not have a problem with the stairs. It might be difficult for some people with mobility issues such as the very elderly or pregnant. We are late 50-early 60 with rheumatoid arthritis and hip/ knee transplant for context.

First of all Christos was fantastic and very helpful. He made us feel very welcome and answered any of our questions. He also sent us a text with plenty of great things to do and see. The room was lovely and very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The balcony was a great place to watch the world go by and superb for people watching. The breakfast was great. Plenty to fill you up and more than enough to have an evening snack too. When we come back to Athens, we will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for visiting all neighbourhoods. Just on the edge of Plaka but just a few minutes walk to Montessori station (With a direct metro train to the airport). Thanks guys, we are very happy with the room :)
There is nothing to dislike, this place is excellent :)

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Athens. Close to all the sites which, as we weren't there for long, was important. Elias was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The room and the breakfast were very good. The location is exceptional. The service was excellent. However, the most important part of this review is the Exceptional human dimension, care, and friendliness of the staff. You cannot put a price on that. Our son got sick during the trip and we had to take him to the hospital. We asked for help, and the help we received was beyond anything we had expected. They helped us locate the hospital, find a taxi. They called us several times for updates. They gave us extra drinks. They helped us with the luggage. It was so exceptional, that we feel emotional just writing these lines. I wish the world had more people like this. Whenever we go back to Athens, we will certainly stay in this hotel.

We loved the central location of this apartment which allowed us to drop back for a break during the day. We would sit on our balcony having our coffee and watch the passers by in the street below. This area is buzzing with life and a short walk to the Acropolis. Another win for this apartment was the comfort of the large king bed. Snacks and breakfast items were available for you to make your own breakfast. Once you worked out how to use the appliances this was also an advantage as you could make a snack whenever you came back to the property. They were replenished daily. Being able to contact Christos the manager on What’s App was very convenient. We could ask any questions and he organised a taxi for us to the port on our departure.
Something to be aware of is that the area is very busy until late in the night but you would expect this being in the central tourist district. It didn’t affect our sleep.

This accommodation was absolutely great! Location in the very center, near the subway, in the vicinity of all monuments and interesting places. The room was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We had a rich breakfast everything day and Mr. Christos took care of us and helped with everything we need. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a luxury vacation at a reasonable price.

Christos, who cleaned the room every day was very helpful and friendly! He helped to arrange a car to the airport and replenished all the food for breakfast on a daily basis. The hotel is in a great location in the city center near a metro station. It's on a quiet pedestrian street. The bed was very comfortable and there were two rooms. The living room had a very comfortable sofa and there was even a Nespresso machine with capsules!
Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Location was excellent. It was in the heart of Athens - such a buzzing place with places to eat and a mecca for shopping. You can walk everywhere. Monastiraki Station was two min walk from the hotel. Christos is such a great host. He made sure we had everything. Suite was big and the fridge was packed. He even provided gluten free bread as I requested. Really enjoyed Athens. One of my fav. cities. I don't think there are many cities that can match the vibrancy of Monastiraki, Psirri with live music and tavernas, Plaka, history and cheap super delicious food. It was a big contrast to laid back and expensive lifestyle of Santorini and Mykonos. One tip - wear comfortable shoes!
All perfect.

Excellent location - right in the heart of the Old Town and with a partial view of the Acropolis. Restaurants, sightseeing, Syntagma Square, Ermou shopping street close by. There were lots of supplies provided for continental breakfast, replenished as needed, & the room was serviced daily by Christos who was thorough, helpful and friendly. While there are no staff permanently on site, Elias was at the end of the phone for anything required eg organising car to the airport, and his response time was super quick! The hotel is located in a street with no traffic and is quiet at night, as it's in the historical Old Town and has security present overnight.
There were 32 wooden stairs from entrance to first floor and 22 stairs from 1st to our room on the 2nd floor. While we knew there were stairs/no lift up front, by the end of a 5 night stay, we were wishing we'd been on the first floor! We were in the Apollo room which we chose because of the 'partial view of the Acropolis' from the very generous balcony. However if we stayed again, we'd forgo the lovely view for the much bigger room next door to us, which also had a balcony, albeit smaller than ours. The Apollo room is only big enough for a (rather soft) QS bed, a wardrobe and a small corner kitchen/desk space.

The hotel was our last stay on a month long trip. When we messaged the owner to say we had been dropped off by uber on street he came and met us and helped with luggage and showed us to hotel. The hotel was in the heart of the shopping area. Great location. When we went inside we were impressed by the size and layout of the rooms and the care that had been put into everything. Breakfast was provided for each day along with many other amenities. They even left a bottle of wine for us. The day we checked out we were able to store our luggage and the owner was there when we came back to help us. Could not this place at all. Loved it and would 100% stay there again
Nothing. It was all great
