biggest shoutout to taylor and the other staff!!! the customer service here was absolutely incredible and i can’t wait to be back. thank you everyone for accommodating me during this trip! especially on my first day when i couldn’t get my suitcase to open anymore and i was able to go to the front desk and a guy came and cut open the zippers for me so i could access everything i needed. i really appreciate it!

this is very minor but i understood housekeeping is every other day. i had to ask at the reception because i hadn’t had any housekeeping by the fourth day of my stay. very minor because i survived haha i just needed new bathroom towels!

Taylor at the front desk was AWESOME! She was such a great welcome at the end of a long journey. She was beyond helpful (third party booking issue) and exemplified customer service. Unbeknownst to her I was having a medical “event” while checking in, her friendly and professional personality helped to ease the stress of the situation until I could get to our room to rest. Rooms (we had 2) were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious. Accommodations were very nice. Great price as well!

We stayed for 6 nights so got to know facilities well. Friendly helpful staff. Good location although access is a little difficult.

Shower had old mat which had mold underneath which was removed and cleaned up promptly once reported. Bottom of shower tub still had strange sloppily poured in material that looked like paint, likely for grip. Elevator carpet was always dirty. Eggs at breakfast were not great.

I initially wanted another hotel but was very pleased with this one. The hotel staff was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay at this property again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking, but that’s usually the case wherever I stay.

Very nice breakfast!! The staff was very pleasant. The manager (I am assuming that she was) visited with people in the morning asking if she could assist in any way including getting refills of juice or helping clean up. Made you feel welcome.

This was NOT a big deal, but my room was next to a linen room and I could hear staff talking in there at very early morning hours (2 or 3:00am) It wasn't horribly loud and it didn't really keep me awake, but I could hear them regardless.

Breakfast was really good. One morning the eggs were cold, but overall each morning it was all good.

The coffee/creamer kiosk was not always tended with fresh coffee and creamer.

The rooms was very clean the bed was very comfortable AC working really good and it had a Mini fridge. It is located on an access road to sea world and only 1.2 miles. Very convenient and easy to get to and there is a McDonald's prior to the entrance of Sea World if you want breakfast. So you don't have to even get into traffic

Bottle of life water was $5 in the room.

I really liked the welcoming front desk they were very helpful and friendly. I also really liked the restroom and how much room was offered. Being that the shampoo and conditioner were already put in the showers was a plus, we didn't plan on staying in a hotel room, so I had nothing packed. The bed was VERY comfy and I felt so rested, it was amazing. The TV entertainment was great as well, being that it has amazing channels.

The one thing that I didn't really like was the breakfast. I had gotten up early to eat because the night staying at the Marriott was unplanned. We were hoping to have a good breakfast, however, the food was a little subpar. I got a Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwich, but the sausage egg and cheese in the sandwich were paper-thin, not even exaggerating. It was so thin, it would tear like paper, I'm not sure if it was the company but it was really surprising. Either way, Marriott Suites have always been exceptional and although the breakfast was not as good as expected I really enjoyed my experience and I will be coming back.

This is my second review because I forgot a few things. Parking and internet is free. It is on an access road 1.2 miles away from Sea World very easy to get to. Bed is very comfortable. Shower good water pressure and Azc worked great. We ended up coming back to Stay that next night.

5.00 for a bottle of life water in the room. No complimentary ones.
