Convince of location

The cost of food & bottled ice tea was too expensive. The portion of food you received for the cost was not sufficient. Facing the pool and allowing people to play their own speaker music of choice (very loudly) was annoying especially when quite time is 10pm, our little one sleep time was interrupted at their bed time. Being on the 3rd floor, guest would stomp and allow their doors to slam all hours. The coffee provided was either dark roast of decaffeinated (no regular/medium roast) there was no microwave, truely disappointed.

It was at a great location not too far from places we wanted to go to. The staff were great help and very friendly. We enjoyed the inside and outside pool on our stay. We were really close to sea world too great experience for the first time there.

The cleaning service could possibly provide a clean room every day instead of every other day that would be great if that was implemented.

I had expected to stay with family for Christmas and last minute was turned away. I frantically booked a stay with you. The gentleman who greeted me and checked me in was so kind, patient and understanding. His kindness meant so much to me! He didn't know me and I was frazzled and he showed compassion and humanity. I have made a commitment based on this experience to use Marriott hotels only! The facilities were wonderful but the people made it home away from home.

The workout machines didn't work properly, the maintenance man got one of the machines working enough for me to use. The machines are just very old and need to be updated or replaced. Specifically the elliptical machines and the treadmills.

Location

No swim up bar. Advertises it but wasn't available. Though the pool was a good size, adults also want to enjoy themselves on vacations so if your booking for the swim up bar look elsewhere unless they confirm with you that it will be available. Other than that the room was ok, a little outdated but rooms were bigger than most. Oh and no microwave was a con as well.

Pool !. Proximity to sea world. Ocean paintings in the entrance. Room was great. Not windows view so we kept it closed. We greatly appreciated the cot. We have stayed her multiple times fo r the proximity to sea world, the shuttle to sea world and the pool and stay.

Y’all took away the sea world free shuttle The line for buying breakfast was too long and took too long. Needs to be brainstormed for a smoother and time efficient flow for all the hungry guests . Front desk personnel made a negative remark because we asked for extra towels for our hair. First night there several persons were becoming very drunk with loud music and bribing glass bottle beers and liquor in the pool near the bar. The indoor hot tub was way too hot but the outdoor one was great.

The woman @ the front when I checked in was so friendly and full of hospitality throughout my whole visit. When I needed something it always came right away.

The kids above my room where constantly running all hours. Got woken several times. Also that it's in the middle of no where and only place walkable was the gas station

The staff were excellent. Very friendly service! The facility was spotless and comfortable. The room had a nice view, big TV, and a well equipped bathroom. A nice big pool too! And this is weirdly niche but, the table in the room was the perfect size to play cards with my friend! Almost so perfect it makes me wonder if card games were part of why it was chosen.

Why even put water in the room if you're going to charge 5 dollars a bottle for it? For generic bottled water? If it's not included don't insult us like that. At least put it in the fridge so it's cold! Other than that I just have one big nitpick: Why have such a nice TV in the room and not have the remote? Oh sure, there was a remote for the DVR mini PC thing they had bolted onto the back, but if you want to plug in your own game console or laptop? You can't even control the volume unless you run it *through* the miniPC thing. Which causes visible input delay, worse sound and badly washed out picture. Clearly they picked such nice TVs to be used, so why lock 90% of the functions like that?

Staff was very inviting and friendly, room clean, housekeeping on the second day of stay, pools are great! Breakfast from the restaurant was very good.

No coffee in the lobby area for guests. I feel it's very inexpensive and such a good amenity guest would love. Coffe in the room is not good at all. It is available from restaurants but not at all hours and a bit pricey.

Loved the close proximity to sea world. Place was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful

I initially stayed on the second floor and could hear all the footsteps from the guests above.

It was very clean and nice welcoming atmosphere . Though I wish I would have read it the amenities a lot better . Thought it had included complimentary breakfast but the stay was still great . I will be staying at Marriott from now on .

Complimentary breakfast . No parking spots but it probably didn’t help that I had a trailer attached to my truck .
