Hotel is on a very good location, we had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cleaning every day, nice personnel, nice restaurant within the location and not crowded

The temperature in the rooms was very low, I believe lower than 20degrees. In the night they were increasing the temperature which made the sleeping difficult as they had a very thick blankets. The breackfast is basic but good, the same every day. The ski locker is very small for 4 persons.

It’s ski in, ski out. it has a pool and steam room and sauna, the beds are super comfortable, there is the option of breakfast and there is a locker room to leave skis if you wish. the staff all speak English and are all extremely helpful and friendly.

The lockers are too small for the number of people in our group but it was fine for skis and poles. the rate was room only and breakfast was very expensive for what it was. there is a kitchen but you have to pay extra to use it so there are no plates or cutlery in it. (there are cups/glasses and bottle openers and the staff wash them every day!)

Large room, apartment style. Very comfortable bed. Great shower.

As a beginner skier I couldn't ski into the hotel which meant that I had to carry my equipment up into the village every day where the lifts were. For more experienced skiers it's super convenient skiing in and out of the hotel!

The hotel was generally lovely and in a good position- the reception staff were very pleasant

The spa wasn’t great. We felt the steam and sauna room wasn’t warm enough and the swimming pool was cool too. We went to ask for a small egg cup of milk from the restaurant and the staff debated whether to charge me.

Fantastic stay at great hotel, arrived at 3am in the morning, very warm welcome from the reception. Rooms / suites were brilliant with hallway and two bunk beds, sitting room / kitchen and huge balcony with king size bed in main bedroom. Use of fridge, kettle and microwave without paying apartment rates. Final day we checked out at 11. Alice was on reception and she couldn’t have been more accommodating from interacting with the children, arranging one late checkout for our group of 3 rooms, and just general hospitable. All in all great value, fantastic location with genuine ski in ski out and brilliantly welcoming staff throughout the hotel.

From management to the bar and restaurant staff, they offered most excellent and friendly welcoming you could wish for, catering for every (reasonable) request and question we had, even when it went slightly beyond the services on offer. They were genuinely friendly and interested in making the most of our time at the hotel and the resort area, and went above and beyond their call to make a truly comfortable stay for us.

Everything was exceptional.

brilliant suite with loads of space for us as a family with teenagers. comfortable beds and nice bathroom facilities. great location for ski in/out. walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. nice pool and sauna etc. option for massage treatment (amazing!). good evening meal in restaurant. open fire.

expensive buffet breakfast (but they do a great value bread ordering service for 6E!). boot room was a bit damp - we should have taken our boots to our room to dry better!

The hotel is located perfectly. It is most literally ski in ski out. You come outside of the conveniently located locker room and ski down the mountain. The hotel was very helpful in organizing our ski rentals which were placed in our locker upon arrival. This hotel is VERY convenient.

Staff was friendly but not super helpful with making reservations, calling taxis, etc. We rented a apartment with three rooms and were surprised to see that if we used the kitchenette facilities it would be an extra 60 euro cleaning fee.

Very comfortable accommodation, the bed was great, very nice view and balcony, and we had a great time by the fire in the lounge, friendly staff

The sauna was unfortunately closed

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing

The rooms and spa are a bit tired/need a bit of renovation.
