The property was the right level of busy. Not too quiet.. not too busy to enjoy. We stayed for three nights for Disneyland and couldn’t be happier. We left each day at 9am to get the free shuttle to the resort and got the returning 20:45 shuttle each evening. Because we were a little further out. We were able to get a seat each trip! The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Big sized rooms. Shower and facilities top class. Beds super comfy. Room QR code a bit weird but worked ok. Bar was lovely. Didn’t use the restaurant each day as was up and about but looked beautiful. Don’t have a bad word to say. Perfection. Now can you email the 25% return stay voucher please now the review is complete. #humour

We booked this property very last minute after our AirBnB failed to meet expectations. We got a very good price for 4 nights. The hotel had only been open for 12 days and still had renovation works going on which we were well informed of. The rooms were spotless, the beds the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in and the staff were wonderful. The location is absolutely ideal for families visiting Disney (9 minute drive) or Centre Parcs (3 minute drive) and Val D’Europe shopping centre is also just minutes away. We can’t wait to return to use all of the facilities when the hotel is complete.

Early drilling woke our children BUT this was expected as works were continuing so not the fault of the hotel.

Our family booked a two-night stay at KI Space from May 19th to 21st, but we were so impressed with the service and overall experience that we extended our stay. From the moment we walked into the beautifully decorated reception area, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room was incredibly spacious and perfect for a family of four, including my husband and our two adult sons. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room’s cleanliness met my high standards—it was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Though the hotel is newly opened and the pool and spa area are not yet finished, these upcoming additions promise to make an already wonderful hotel even better. We look forward to experiencing these facilities on our next visit. We had breakfast at the hotel twice, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality, and the restaurant's decor enhanced the dining experience. All the staff were polite and attentive, but we would like to give a special mention to Davide and Hilary at the reception desk. Their friendliness and dedication to ensuring our requests were met made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for going above and beyond. In summary, our stay at KI Space was exceptional, and we look forward to returning soon. This hotel comes highly recommended for its impeccable service, comfort, and cleanliness.

There was nothing that we didn't like, although we look forward to the opening of the pool and spa area.

Everything, the location, convenient parking, the staff was very professional and courteous, it was a beautiful hotel, came with everything one could need in the room and more.

Nothing they had could have control over. We wish the pool was open but it is a new property so we understand that it wasn’t anything we could fault them for. They were still under construction.

Location near Disneyland Paris, just 10 minutes by car. Family room was nice with a small kitchenette, which was perfect for having your own breakfast in the room, or having some snacks/drinks or take away food. There's a small supermarket, nice bakery and some restaurants/take away options in the village nearby (4 minutes drive). Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. We brought our dog and found the hotel very dog friendly, we could even bring the dog down to the restaurant. Fountains for drinking water on every floor so you didn't need to buy (plastic) bottled water.

We had dinner in the restaurant twice. On both days, the food was ok but was lukewarm when it arrived. Portions were on the small side and presentation was a bit poor, so I didn't think it was great value for money. But again, it all tasted ok and service was good.

The food- marvellous and fast and the drinks just as lovely! Customer service- amazing customer service, I was on a solo trip from London and was able to navigate thanks to the lovely team on the front desk, I made my flight barely, because a reception team member helped me to book a train. The room- so lovely, clean, the bed was soo cosy, I slept like an actual baby!! The temperature unit was great too, as I was able to adjust the temp to my liking. Gym and swimming pool- just magnificent, world class. I was so surprised at how amazing the facilities were. Shuttle service- these were amazing to la village and to Disney, I felt like I had a personal chauffer and the drivers were very lovely! Overall my stay was 10/10 I stayed on my birthday and for breakfast a special homemade cake was made for me, that was delicious! And they played happy birthday in the restaurant and sang to me. Everyone at the hotel made my birthday one to remember, thank you to you all for an amazing experience!

Receptionist was super kind and friendly! Everything was clean and tidy. The decor is very chic and interesting. We used the pool which was super nice with a good atmosphere (it was already dark when we went there). The breakfast was also organised pretty well. There was a variety of food and enough space. We also used the bus shuttle to Disneyland which was very punctual (10 min ride).

I did not like that we did not get slippers to use at the pool as the floor was wet and not very clean.

We loved every single thing about this hotel. The beds are amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the first shower floor that wasn't slippery, which is very helpful. The rooms are spacious. Has a small kitchen area and fridge which is nice. If your deciding on a hotel pick, this is it you won't reget it. ten minute drive to Disney or they offer a free shuttle, and there's also a bus stop near by.

That we had to leave this fabulous hotel. Just one minor thing I think they should think about maybe get a stopper from shower door to sink cabinet so it doesn't shatter or something happen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, with a helpful and polite staff that made the experience memorable. The location is perfect, with convenient access to transportation, including a shuttle to Disney and the nearby train station, making it easy to explore the area. The restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations. The staff there were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and breakfast during our stay, both of which were delightful. One standout experience was the massage service. The therapist was incredibly skilled and professional—I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Plus, the ability to purchase cosmetic products after the session was a nice added convenience. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the spine Jacuzzi due to limited time, it’s another appealing feature worth mentioning. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you could need, including a television with Netflix, a coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge. These thoughtful touches made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its excellent service, convenient location, and top-notch amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great location and not too far from Disney by car. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by fields. Its only one function from the main road into Disneyland parking. Don't be put off by the plain concrete walls and ceiling its all cables etc are expertly hidden. We were located on floor four which appears to be the only floor being used during our stay in early September. The room was large and clean with a kitchenette with fridge. The bathroom with shower was great with instant hot water. When we get Disneyland annual passes we will probably stay here more often
