friendly staff, all the food was really tasty. the room was spacious and clean. the internet connection is great!

a lot of the resort is being restored, or under construction at the moment, which I wouldn’t expect, the beach is not well maintain (dirty). the beach bar is closed and looks abandoned.

Amazing hotel in DURRES!!

We booked transport,but unfortunately nobody came to pick up us from airport.Booking shows included city tax,but reception staff when we done check out charged us 40 euros again for city tax!!!

the rooms are nice, clean and updated. they are well attended. to and comfortable. they had a kids club and activities for entertaining children. the staff are all very nice, friendly and professional

the food was just okay. there is no gym facility and honestly the grounds are not as pictures here in booking.com. it is still being renovated/refurbished so there are no beach walkways, bungalow, umbrellas etc as pictured at all which was a bit disappointing as I was going off the pictures I saw and the reviews when I booked.

The location , the food, the excellent service, the cleanliness in every part of the resort, the entertainment options during the day and each night. This has been a rare find for us. 30 minutes drive from the Airport among the beautiful pine trees and with a large private beach, Sol Tropikal has been our little paradise on earth. Each time we visit Albania , it is our first choice for an upgraded experience of holidays , with great comfort , delicious food from highly qualified Chefs and really tasteful interior and exterior design. I give it 10 out of 10 for the cleanliness and for the great service. We will come back for sure again and again.

The facilities were amazing, the entire property felt like you were in heaven. The view from my room was amazing and the room was super clean. The food was impressive and delicious. the entire staff were super helpful and welcoming. will revisit for sure

This is an amazing hotel, and the staff is so nice! They helped us book a car for sightseeing, that was brought to the hotel. There are several pools, and activities to join in on. And the restaurants are usually open when you need a snack or meal. The breakfast was nice, and we really enjoyed sitting outside when eating. The area surrounding the hotel is amazing! It´s in the middle of a tropical garden. Also Durres is a really nice place!

This hotel was still under construction when we came, and it probably will be for a while. They should have informed about that, because the beach bars were closed and it was some noice. It didn´t bother us, but I know it bothered other guests. We asked for a late check out because of it, and got it. So we are all happy and will come back. The hotel is situated outside the city, so there are limited other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. But the whole area is being build, so that too will probably change in very little time.

This is the second time we visit Sol Tropikal and we love to see that there are positive changes. The area around the resort is so clean and we love the quietness that it offers. The rooms are fresh and clean; the staff is very friendly and tries to help u out. I would definitely come again and suggest it to my friends and family. I want to specify that the food was amazing, loved every dish that we tried. The fish that we had was fresh and tasty every time.

Food was not so varied but good quality overall. Location was perfect with direct access to the beach. Rooms were new and stylish and the bed was extremely comfy. Staff was mostly nice and helpful. Props to Albano the animator and to Nikka the receptionist who were our favourite.

No litter bin in the room so you had to collect your garbage in the bathroom. Shower was leaking so it was easy to make a little pond during the bath time. It took to be a bodybuilder to open the balcony door. Citarella Restaurant had nothing to do with italian food.

Location is good. Not in the heart of the city but you can take a bus in front of the hotel or taxi. Atmosphere is relaxing that you can hear the birds sing. Beach is close to the buildings. Breakfast was good enough. There were a lot to choose. Every night there is live performance at the garden. Its a good way to have fun. Receptionist Fatima is my favorite person. She is a very kind, smiling person. We will be back next summer

The hotel doesnt offer many things to do but they say next year it will get bigger and there will be spa, sport center etc. The final thing is i hate the band singing last night. They didnt even perform. The singer was not in the mood. Im very sad that hotel paid them for nothing.

My two little daughters and I were privileged to stay at Sol Tropikal in its opening weeks. We were so happy. The grounds are beautiful, there are two big pools, white sandy beach and delicious food. All members of staff are full of enthusiasm and are genuinely kind and willing to make your stay the best. My two daughters spent many hours in care of Susie and Caroline at the kids club, it had such a loving family feel about it. I hope we will come and stay here again and see how this resort blossoms over the years.
