Excellent location, lovely staff, modern and clean. The room was a little on the small side but comfortable for a short stay. They looked after my luggage after check out and I was able to use the facilities to change and freshen up before leaving. I was also granted an early check in which was handy as I had a tour booked.

The toilet is very close to the shower entrance - so you must be careful when passing through. Lots of noise especially in the early mornings and late at night. It didn’t bother me and I was warned about this when offered the first floor. Maybe opt for a higher room if you foresee this as a problem.

Very clean; linens and towels were extremely comfortable and at the level of a high end hotel. The bed very comfortable. AC was perfect and staff very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Location was great, very easy to access public transportation. Lots restaurants and bars in the area.

Bedroom was small (but nothing that you can’t deal with as it was functional and modern) and the bathroom was very small (it was functional, clean and pretty - what kind of makes up for the size). The only thing that I would suggest to the hotel is to find a solution to avoid all the leaking from the shower as we had to use towels to dry it. I still loved the hotel besides these facts and strongly recommend!

The location was fantastic. A beautiful plaza, a metro station, and reasonably priced restaurants were all nearby. The staff was very friendly. The coffee machine was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area. And, the heater worked great. It was cold the December week we were there.

The shower was very small and it leaked. The doors did not close properly, so it was a mess. We had to be very resourceful to use this shower. The room was small, but I was not surprised as it was in Paris.

Room was a good size for one person and bed was extremely comfy with very good quality pillows. Room was very clean too. Aircon was perfect as rooms were hot after getting back for the day. Great bars and restaurants around the area with lots of places to get food to go too. Staff were very friendly too! Close to metro with easy route with one simple change to get to Eiffel Tower. Also close to Toot Bud hop on hop of bus tour. Close to RER B station link too for airport (10 minute walk). For the price, it was good value for money but be prepared to use the metro or bus tours to get around the city.

Rooms at the front can be a tad noisy but wasn’t an issue for me. If noise is an issue, bring earplugs or ask for a room at the back. No safe in the room but brought my own portable safe but this should be made clear on the booking as this is a big anxiety factor for solo travel.

The staff is very friendly, they gave a lot of advice on how to travel best/destinations we should see, etc. The breakfast was great, always a wide selection of typical breakfast food (eggs, toast, sliced cheeses, yogurt, tea/coffe/juice, some dessert), especially for the price. The location is exceptional - lots of great cafes and attractions within reach, and the metro is 2 minutes away. The area is very safe, we felt comfortable walking there late at night. Clean room, including the bathroom.

The room was a little bit small, but it wasn't an issue for my partner and me, as we only slept in it. Plus, we expected that. All things considered, great experience, especially for the price.

Location, it is about 200m away from the metro station which will get you as far as the lines go. There’s plenty of restaurants on the street where the hotel is, although my bookings need a metro ride. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and kind. There is no USB port in the room but I was able to borrow an adaptor for my USB charger. The bed cushion is comfortable but be mindful of the steel frame supporting it. I was surprised to see amenities only this hotel provides, I particularly liked the manicure set.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I was able to check in much earlier than I had expected to as I arrived early, just hoping to leave my bags there. Great advice on places to visit.

Nothing - I was very happy with my stay. I was abit concerned when my visa card didn't work when I went to pay. Not quite sure why as it worked everywhere else and had worked to book the accommodation.

In general rooms in Paris hotels are generally small by comparison to hotels in the UK. The room we stayed in met our expectations. The bathroom was a comfortable size and a high standard of cleanliness was maintained. The staff were attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is located in a fantastic vibrant area of Paris. I would stay there again.

Prior to our visit I sent an email to the hotel requesting that 6 Red Roses were put in the room for our arrival and the cost added to our room charge. Our stay was to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. I received an email reply stating this would be easier to arrange when we arrived. We did get the flowers requested after arrival and these were placed in the room whilst we were out, so the element of surprise was achieved. Maxime made the arrangements.

Loved the quaint and charming location! Cobblestone streets and close to everything. All the staff, especially Alexandre, was very attentive and friendly. They genuinely were very helpful in navigating through Paris and the area. Great breakfast available. A neighborhood grocery, just a few doors down, as well as great restaurants, pubs and shops. Would love to go back.
