I stayed at La Quinta Hotel with my family, and despite being a 2-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The overall atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price.

The location is great. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is good.

This is our second time staying here. I was not as impressed with the courtyard this trip as I was last summer. Last summer everything looked new and nice around the pool and this summer it honestly looked run down. Last summer there was a beautiful pergola over lounge cabanas that was gone this trip (I'm assuming storms probably took it out) but even excluding that, it was just pretty run down looking. But even saying all of that, because that's not a necessity. It is a great value hotel and we will continue to stay here on our return trips to the area.

My son moved to Addison, so I travel here alot . This was my 1st time staying at this location. I'm a Manager of a Major Corporation, so I am one to pay attention to detail.This property was amazing an for the rates I extended a night making it 4 nights debated on the 5th😃 My kids loved the pool . I really enjoyed the Lighting & Cabana 🥰 Found my New spot when. I come to Addison. Last but not least, the Staff was amazing.I would hire every one that works for this establishment. Location was closed to my conference hotel. There are many restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. The surroundings are pretty nice and look safe. Room is nice and big. I stayed in a Queen room by myself. There are many hotels within the area. There’s a massage place near by, which is pretty nice!

It’s not the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed in, but it’s pretty nice if you’re staying a couple of nights.

Every staff member I spoke with was both courteous and professional. The staffer managing the breakfast buffet was constantly in motion making sure every guest found fresh food. She even poured coffee at tables (this was extremely usual service). Pet-friendly included a dog area with plenty of bags for pickup and disposal. Our dogs loved the area granted to them. All unmanned exterior doors required room key to re-enter the building. I like this security feature. The lobby area afforded a glass wall overlooking interior courtyard and high ceilings for a relaxing atmosphere of elegance without austere formality. Strange as it might seem, the odd-shaped room was a refreshing change from norm.

The thermostat on the wall was inoperative serving as a decoy from the actual control in the under-the-window unit. The facility is located under flight path of local airstrip. Low-flying planes were frequent. The entrance to the property seemed a bit awkward, but I was able to adjust.

I liked how the smell of the hotel was I like to smell it and smell dingy it didn't smell old I like the showers the overall experience was great.

I checked out 10 minutes early I still received a message saying I had a late check out and they wanted me to pay $40 I checked out earlier not sure what that's about I also didn't like the sound of the TV couldn't turn the volume up we could barely hear our shows.

Friendly staff; prompt check in (i loved being able to check in online before we arrived); provided a room preference that we requested; bed was fantastic; check out was fast and also done on my phone; and the breakfast was good.

Room 134 - couldn't get the sink to give us cold water No matter which direction I turned the knob, it was hot. If we were to stay another night, I would have mentioned it to the desk. I did tell the desk when I turned in my keys.

The property was clean, up to date, and well staffed. The rooms were clean, spacious and they even used good soaps and shampoos! They didn’t use the cheap stuff that leaves your skin feeling dry and your hair feeling like straw. That says more than enough for me.

The ONLY thing I would have to say could be improved is more signage in the hallways. The hotel is so large and wrapping, it’s so easy to get lost.

I liked the location and the room was nice. It met our needs.

I didn’t like the small beds. You need to have queen beds…. Or rooms with more option choices if you have 3 people being able to sleep in the same room. The breakfast needs to have more variety. Not too much but slightly..also the bathroom didn’t have a lock and the door was already broken from the top… it seems like they just fixed it or tried to with staples

Clean facility and grounds. Staff very nice and helpful. Location was ideal for the holiday weekend and local fireworks show. I also felt very safe with all the locking doors in place at the facility.

We stayed for the holiday and local fireworks show. On the holiday, July 4th, the pool had chemicals added at 10:00 a.m. which was pool opening time. There were many children waiting to swim and the chemicals added a 3 hour delay in opening. Someone should have thought ahead about the schedule for chemicals in regards to a holiday.
