I absolutely LOVED this hotel for my Thanksgiving holiday stay. I can honestly say that this is the cleanest hotel property I've ever been to. The rooms are well kept and everything worked very well. Parking is very accessible and plentiful. The staff was BEYOND wonderful - we were always greeted with a smile and comforted by the 'above and beyond' attitude of the team. The vast options at breakfast was a good touch and was regularly cleaned and changed out.

My suite was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. The facilities were very clean! The hotel is in a very nice area near restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highway.

They need to improve where the breakfast entrees are stored before getting them. It’s not hot enough. The eggs and sandwiches are cold by the time you walk to your table😮

Great location for conferences at other hotels in the areas. Loved the gym, laundry facilities, big fridge and dishwasher. Staff super nice.

Not many vegan options for breakfast. Cereal and berries good, but no plant-based milk or yogurt.

All staff from reception to cleaning were very kind. My kids loved the pool and channels available for them. They also Loved the fresh waffles. Looking forward to out next stay!

breakfast great, staff friendly. we always chose this hotel because of convenience and all the amenities! this was probably our 4th or 5th stay and our grown children also stayed here. also location of many great eateries!

can't think of a thing so far, maybe offer lower rate to return guests!

The property is very well maintained and in a great location to get to some food and do shopping. The two bed suite with the couch was perfect for our stay. They actually had the right number of towels for our party, which is very rare. Add in the friendly and helpful team working and it's a winner.

The only thing remotely "negative" would be maybe adding a few more breakfast options. But really that's stretching it to find something negative.

I thought we were getting a one bedroom suite, because it was suite, and the pictures were deceptive and it looked like the sitting room was separate from tbe bedroom. we had an infant with us, and needed a door to separate the sleeping spaces. unfortunately once we got there, it seemed I was wrong, and although there was one bedroom suites in the hotel, none were available.

All of the staff was courteous and the property was clean. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety. The front desk tended to our needs as needed.

good room set up of kitchen, moveable, multipurpose table. bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

a suite should have a way to separate the living and sleeping areas. the curtain could work but it needs to be much wider. we didn’t realize until the following morning that our refrigerator wasn’t cold and ruined the food we had in the freezer. lastly, it would be good to keep the front desk staffed. I will always prefer to see someone whom we can reach in person. There was no one around when we checked out.

Wish there were more options for Breakfast, there were no bacon, waffle flavor was..different, sausage in the breakfast sandwich didn't look or taste done and the bread was super hard. 😕
