Great experience- particularly amenities including washing machine! Super clean and modern. Everything you needed.

Some staff members were fab and couldn’t do enough for you! Thank you. Some need a bit of education in the workings of the service industry and being more polite. It’s not very kind for one staff member to kick someone out of the free drinks area when another colleague said it’s available to use 24/7, for example! Strange smell coming from the factory immediately opposite. Great to escape from it into the hotel, but as soon as you open a window for fresh air, it immediately comes in!

The terraces were great! Breakfast was very good, and we were very grateful for the washer and dryer! We enjoyed our stay overall.

The room was rather tiny but adequate to sleep and shower. Very little space for luggage or anything else. Workable, but a bit of a hassle. Parking took a little bit to get used to as well. It's not obvious and I missed it if there was an explanation...but the building shares a secure parking lot with the bakery next door. The Security guards were all very kind and as helpful as they could be. However, both street spaces and the lot are limited, which can require you to double park or block other guests in with your car. This requires you to leave a note with your phone number on your dashboard so someone can call and wake you up when they are ready to move if you're blocking them. Not a deal breaker, but something that is nice to know ahead of time.

Quite nice hotel. Self-check od comfortable, you can arrive any time and don't need take key with you all day. Breakfest - large selection of hot dishes Clean - no complaints you can't hear any noises from the corridor or other rooms AC I can recommend. It was host without any problems.

Location- next to main street, there was noisy. Far from centrum, 30 minutes to ferra. View from room to light street. Breakfast - every day the same. I spended 5 days in hotel, it was boring On 4th floor is observation deck, but you can see only companies oposite hotel :)

Good location, and can easily walk to the city center. We got a spot for parking in front of the hotel, but there is an inner parking, not very big though. Good breakfast, easy self check-in, everything worked. We booked a triple room but we were 2. We had enough space, we did not carry much luggage Room is not big, it is true. But since you come back to sleep only, it is enough. Good comfortable bed. No noise, good sleep. I hope the hotel will continue operating in the same modern and efficient way. Wishing good luck in the future.

AC did not work, switched off after several minutes. We opened a window.

Super comfy beds. The breakfast was quite ok, but as we went at 8.30 there were very many people and a lot of things run out very quickly. So no eggs for us etc. The breakfast zone is very small as well. Anyway, quite wide choice - porridge, scrambled eggs, beans, cheese, bacon, bread, pastries, and veeeery good coffee. Good location if you are heading to Dolphinarium - just 3min ride to ferry (keep in mind the whole way from hotel to Dolphinarium is very short, but it takes up to 40min alltogether, because of the ferry in the middle).

Rooms are so small that you literally have no place to put your case. And as we have baby stroller, our whole entrance corridor was just blocked :D

we stayed for 2 nights, and the location is great for accessing by car, if you are going to curonian spit. A bit of a walk from the old town, but managable. The room was nice, everything was clean and the hotel even has a small communal kitchen with laundry facilites. Breakfast was good. Good price / performance during the off-season, we think.

The bathroom was a little narrow to due to shower glass extending far out. Nothing major, we enjoyed the stay.

Modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped - excellent facilities. Staff on-site. Lobby access. One of the best run "self check-ins" I've visited.

self check-in, I detest this new trend. But to be fair LUNA did have staff available (as I did not have internet and thus code for rooms) unfortunately they were a little contemptable about having to reissue the room code... Parking is available but not sufficient for the number of guests, my car ended up being blocked in in the shared secure area by a truck (not the end of the world but inconvenient)

Clean and wonderful, value for money, brilliant place. Breakfast the choice was fantastic, you guys provide things I didn’t even think I needed and it was already there.honestly really good place.

This is being slightly nitpicking to say that bathroom could have a small light do you don’t have to blind yourself in the night with full light or take phone with you for touch. First world problems.

First, the location. Very close to the Old Town and many local attractions. Quiet and very peaceful neighborhood. Second, the breakfasts. Very good, even though it is the same thing every day, you can eat something different every day. Third, the next very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything is OK, except maybe the lack of vegan dishes at breakfasts, such as coffee milk.

We had 2 rooms. One was large and comfortable (215) , other one was too small for 3 people (202). Good wifi all around Clean rooms, large smart TV Terasse on the 4th. Washing machine available in common spaces Guy in charge of hotel was very helpful easy access to car ferry to curonian split

Location is not great, but far (walking from center) Parking in front is limited (8 cars) and in the backyard complicated (bakery people didnt know yet how to handle it) - I guess it will get better
