Neat, cleat, and confort

hotel was clean and nice location is good but bit traffic

I have been to the roof top reasturant and the manager hajer had bad attitude she was laughing high with one guest and drinking which was not professionally at all she was annoying all the people at the place

It was very beautiful and neat. The food was delicious and the staffs were very helpful in every aspect. I stayed for 4days and it was an incredible experience for me. I will definitely go back there on my next stay and recommend to others.

Very neat and closer to town

The difference for me were the Front Desk Concierge Personnel and in particular, Amal Abbada, Jihane Alauane and Sa'id (whose last name I forgot) but all 3 went above and beyond in making my stay great offering assistance recommending cost-saving places to dine and shop, sharing local Moroccan customs and norms along with providing speedy check-ins and out whilst ensuring day-to-day room service needs are met and all of this with a smile on their face throughout their busy schedules, needless to say I have stayed in the hotel 3 times in a row within the last quarter because of them.

Wonderful Stay at Courtyard by Marriott Casablanca I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Casablanca, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The service was consistently attentive and professional throughout my stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. I loved the comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided in the room, including the high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, made my stay even more enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city skyline. The location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers, situated close to key attractions and business hubs. Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Casablanca for anyone visiting the city. Whether you're traveling for work or leisure, the combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and prime location makes it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, food in the swimming pool area is very good. Laundry was a bit slow to receive it back but well done. They parked the car immediately, and some staff members were friendly. It was comfortable to work; however, WiFi was not great, likely I had my 4G.

They don't clean the rooms every day, it took time to book the laundry as I didn't have the form in the room and had to go to request it at the reception. The water was overpriced; the location is not amazing as you have to walk at least one hour to reach Medina, Hassan II mosque and so on.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Ms. AMAL ABBADA at the front desk was exceptional and handled the whole check in and other services smoothly and did a marvellous job. Taala at the cafe was wonderful as well.

No shattaf in rooms. Cleanliness could improve as my carpet wasn't vacuumed on one side or properly cleaned as plastic wrapper was still there on the floor on same spot even after 2 days

Great hotel with lovely rooftop bar, pool and restaurant. Can’t fault it. We ended up eating in the rooftop restaurant our first night and the food was great.

Obviously the location isn’t the best but taxis to the medina are about €2 and if you want to be in the right location, stay in the other Marriott at twice the price!

Everything was great from the greeting of the staff to the check out. Hotel is beautiful and well serviced.

There was a terrible smell. After checking every crevice of the room we found nothing but there was an awful awful smell that was nauseating. Smelled as if something was in the walls or hvac. Like decomposing something.
