Everything was excellent. Superb service from friendly staff, beautiful historic buidling, confortable room & bed, nice amenities, empathy from administration to guest's needs, convinient and well equiped business center, perfect location from where every part of the City is easily accessible. Valuable support from staff for transportation needs in a complicated day for the City

Nothing was less than expected, but much more superior instead, even with the big complications for the City in general, because a big storm

All staff including restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. The location was really convenient to get whatever you need and see sights. Food in restaurant was good.

The water in the bathtub didn't drain so you were standing in your bath water while showering. There is a loud bar downstairs that is active on weekends, may be hard to sleep if your room is above it.

Beautiful historic building. Extremely friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed & room, nice gym, pool, good breakfast in amazing hall, nice historic bar with exquisite menu. Hotel located in a very tranquil downtown area, well connected to main avenues to get everywhere.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Hotel design is from another era, more than 100 years old, but still renovations have managed to keep it practical and comfortable

Staff was great. When we arrived on a Thursday Geovanna at the Front Desk was very nice and professional. Check in was quick and she even moved us to a room with more spacious bathroom, for my elderly parents. Bell boy that took our luggage to room was very pleasant and professional. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved immediately by Geovanna. The Hotel is in the Heart of Zona Rosa in Downtown Monterrey. Walking distance to many restaurants, retail stores, bars, and even the famous Macro Plaza.

The only negative thing that I have is that on Friday and Saturday the Hotel hosted events in the evenings. One night it was a Quinceanera and the other night was a wedding. The ballrooms that host this events are not silence resistant and the music noise can be heard in the Hotel Rooms. At least in the 3rd floor in the room that we were staying.

Beautiful, grand, historical hotel in a location ideal for walking around and exploring. Plenty of shopping, casual dining and ‘imbibing’ options nearby, including the 1900 lobby bar.

There were a couple of ‘glitches’ during our stay but they were handled promptly and professionally.

the staff are the highlight of the hotel, particularly Kenya at the front desk who was always so friendly and helpful! location is in the heart of the city and walking distance to everywhere. incredible view of the mountains!

there is heavy construction going on across street, while they can be heard quite loud in the rooms with a Mountain View they observed reasonable hours. but if you had a video calls they are a nuisance. cleaning service was a bit off, with random number and type toiletries and towels provided each day. Also, on 2 occasions while trying to nap and with the “do not disturb sign” up they would knock and ask to clean the room.

I didn’t get to try breakfast in hotel but I did the Starbucks coffee at lobby cafe shop it was delicious!👌

I wouldn’t change anything I rated 5star as soon as I walked in is a beautiful hotel super clean great price and awesome location Staff very friendly! Top pick on my future visits to Monterrey!❤️

Beautiful old building, lovingly restored. 5 minute walk to the Barrio. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were exemplary. So friendly and immediately responsive to our needs. The pool was clean and a nice temp. Our room was very basic- but for the price that made sense.

The room could have been a bit nicer. Maybe some art on the walls? Some real glasses instead of just styrofoam.

A gem in the heart of Monterrey, accesible in downtown, within a short walk of Macroplaza, Marco and the Cathedral. Traditional historic hotel in the city, dating from the Porfiriato era, excellent breakfast buffet, luxurious and comfortable, a whole wonderful experience

The rooms could be updated a bit while trying to maintain the historic feel. I understand this can be a challenge.
