Location was everything because everything you need is within a half mile. Staff was always available & helpful. Rooms were spacious. Stayed the winter & have booked for next winter. Made other Winter Tx's friends here.

Beds were firm, but I had already read that so I brought my memory foam. This place is not fancy, but it met our needs perfectly. There were couple loud trucks that left early in the morning. One of them was us... This was not within the management control.

Location, had a kitchenette so it was great for our long stay, and had a room with bed separated from the other bed for privacy. The pool was clean and location was woth in walking distance from Walmart, heb, Starbucks, dollar tree, and dominos.

The remote to the room didn't work and the TV was difficult to use because it was out dated. The fridge made a loud ticking/ vibration sound so that was annoying at night.

Good location, room was very clean, but appliances were old but useful. The manager? Not enough towels, (owner) was not very friendly when I first approached him. But later I did meet his wife? Or the lady owner? And she was friendly

Not enough towels, kitchenette had no utensils or cups or glasses, they could have had complimentary coffee to make, only coffee maker was there.. overall grade b+

Our goal was to visit the South Padre Island area. This motel provided a slightly off the main drag convenient location. It was close to nice restaurants as well as at the land side of the bridge leading over to South Padre Island. Only 10 minutes to drive over. The room was more spacious than expected as it has a full kitchette and living room separate from the bedroom.

It is close enough to South Padre Island and provided more options to shop away from the heart of the tourist area.

There was no breakfast. The room was very clean n spacious n comfortable. Price for peak season was great! Bedroom separate from living area n tv in living room n bedroom! ❤️ Car parking space right in front of room.

Breakfast coffee would have been nice

Just another pleasant Indian owned and run motel. Nice enough to stay in, but nothing fancy. Nice to have the kitchen available.

As with most Indian hotels, communication was difficult. Maid service came only when asked (nagged, lol). Extra towels had to be picked up in the office. Just the price you pay to save some money.

This is the nicest and quietest place I've ever stayed at. The rooms are great and you have everything you need in them. Full size refrigerator,stove and table. The staff and owners are very nice. I will definitely rent here again... You can't go wrong with the peaceful setting. Pool was clean and satisfactory... I didn't like that I had to go back home after the peaceful rest.

The kitchen was just right. The bedroom was nice as well and the bed in the living room was nice. The pool was extremely clean very nice.

The sofa needs to be replaced it was very old and very stained. We put a blanket over it to sit on it. I don't know what I was thinking but bring your own pots and pans lol

Motel was close to center of town and short drive to beach. Front desk people were very courteous. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. Will definitely be staying again here our next time in town. Also had refrigerator, microwave and stove. Did not use but good to know these are available if needed.

Good location at a fair price; advertising pictures were accurate.

The complex is older then we expected. It does looks like management is trying to fix it up (new wall paint) room it still had an unpleasant smell to it. Our Odor Killer product could not mask it. Their hair dryer was fried and our iphone watch charger overheated to become useless. Management said problem was most likely on the products and not the wiring.
