Best place we could have stayed at near South Padre Island! Everything was wonderful. The room was comfy, clean, warm and cozy. The reception area and coffee shop were also super cute. The manager, a young man that was also taking care of the café and shop area is a gem, incredibly friendly. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit the area, for sure!

There was a little misunderstanding with the payment part of the process, that was supposed to be at the property. Just in case, I think it will be better to specify it in the comment section before finalizing the booking process, or via message to the property.

Nice decor. good size room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, fairly centric, good restaurants and attractions near by.

These are minor and just in the spirit of constructive criticism. Sound insulation between rooms could be better. We could hear the person next room snoring (faintly but...) Attention to detail is lacking just a bit. Some caulking lines were cracked, a bit of paint from the walls in ceiling, hard water stains in the shower head, no light inside the shower, main chandelier a bit dusty, in general just little stuff but it cheapens the feel a bit. I know some other people like it but for us the cleaning product smell was a fairly strong....it took us a while to get used to it. Parking situation could be a bit better with reserved spots for guest. It took us a few minutes to find a parking spot around the building. Rooftop lounge terrace and pool would be a phenomenal addition.

We stayed on the bottom floor and the floors were very cold and because of temp and humidity needed some type of rug on side of bed etc-also would have loved more towel or robe hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or robe/swimsuits etc on. The fridge may also need to be services because if made a lot of noise during the night on and off. So just a cozy rug and hooks for bathroom but everything else was great!

Everything!! Very Clean, smelled amazing coming up the stairs, easy to get to, was able to checkin early, newly renovated, price was perfect, close walk to anything (food, shops, lighthouse), free parking, boutique downstairs and cafe. I could go on and on. I highly recommend to anyone! Our pictures were right beside the hotel we didn’t get any inside pictures but the pictures that are up on the website are exactly what you will see in person ❤️

The AC was hard to understand and couldn’t get cool enough. It was too late to call someone when we got back to the room at nite to ask for instructions. We tried to google the make and model and it wasn’t much help. We slept ok but was alittle warm. I will say this is the only thing we could say negatively. We will make plans to come back here again and get the AC worked out before after hours.

I’m hating myself for posting this review as it may cause the hotel to not have a room available when I want to stay there. The hotel is located in a great spot in Port Isabel within easy walking distance of various restaurants, shops and bars. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean with super comfortable beds. We had stayed there well on South Padre Island and had to extend for a day. I booked this hotel on a whim based upon its location and it will now be my go to place every time I’m in the area.

The location was pleasant and convenient, much to be preferred to the crowded island across the water. The room was simple and attractive, with pleasing, calming colors and charming, comfortable appointments and thoughtful ammenities. Food and boutique downstairs were also unique and delightful, staff was friendly, and prices were very reasonable.

Can't think of a thing. Oh, except maybe an extra hand towel, which I'm sure would have been provided had we requested it.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The restaurant delicious and the Store is sooo cozy, it has so many things to chose from. LOVED IT! The room was spacious and nice, If I stretch my neck, I could see the lighthouse from my window ;) ;) The location was the best, we walked everywhere and the bridge to South Padre Island is right there. Stay here even if you go to the Island!!!!! And don't miss going to the lighthouse.

The room was decorated in calm blues. Double queen beds were very comfortable. Located next to lighthouse and bridge to South Padre. Checkin was easy. Cute boutique downstairs with bagels, coffee, baked goods etc. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are on the 2nd floor. Not a deal breaker but you need to know there is no elevator. The Boutique does not open early so if you are an early riser, you’ll have to make coffee in your room.

Quick customer service. Everything about the room was amazing. Comfortable beds, great shower, all the way down the little details of premium toilet paper and a big TV. Location was everything. Walking distance to one of the best seafood restaurants in South Texas. Shoutout to Joe's Oyster bar.

Beautifully presented, lovely comfortable beds, huge smart TV, lovely towels and toiletries. Very kind and helpful staff. In a great location for all the Port Isabel sights and the hoppa bus. Breakfast is a must too!

A little noise from other guests going to their rooms at night. Better instructions on parking would be helpful.
