I can't say enough about the Staff at Daytona Grande. There was a situation with our room and when brought to the attention of the Manager, Rob Jordan, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommadate my family and make sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The Resort was immaculate. Staff were CONSTANTLY cleaning around the clock and the pool/hottub area was maintained daily as well. EVERYONE was extremely pleasant and polite and if something was requested, the staff was on it immediately. I highly recommend Daytona Grande and will stay there again if I come to Daytona. Thank you Rob and Staff for everything!

Definitely not what I expected. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we crossed the bridge into Daytona Beach, our hotel was straight ahead. You can see the beach right behind it. The hotel is literally on the water. We did have access to the pool deck and area, but it was too cold, but it was beautiful. When we went to check in, the valet guys were soo friendly, and gave me 2 options for parking (valet $25 or self garage parking $15) both options are the prices per night, with in and out as much as you’d like. I chose to self park in the garage, and they have 24/7 security.. It was bitterly cold, but they were still out there (24/7 service). They let us park our car in the front while we went to check in, since it wasn’t too busy. We go inside, and we are stunned at the beauty. There’s immediately an escalator that takes you up to the lobby. The lobby has a full bar and beautiful architecture. Check in was a breeze, the front desk employees were great. They were patient when answering my questions. We went up to our room, we were on the 26th floor. We booked the King Room w/ Ocean view and OMG it was breathtaking. Waking up in the morning, watching the ocean, while in bed, was quite an experience. The hotel was so clean and well kept. Our room was clean and very modern. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops, including Seabreeze Blvd, The Daytona Beach pier, Main Street, and the bandshell. Checkout was no hassle. I informed the front desk that we may check out a couple minutes after 11am, they said it was no problem. Best hotel I’ve stayed in, and we will definitely be back.

Hotel was great - not sure why you are focused on breakfast - yes it was great. Hotel was beautiful - a couple of issues in the room that were not a big deal - the room location was Fantastic, service requests were Fantastic, loved it.

The Air Conditioner in the bedroom was ICE COLD - I mean COLD and the rest of the condo was warm - no way to adjust. Also, no dishwasher or stove. Only microwave and fridge. Parking garage was across the busiest street in Daytona Beach which cost $18/day and valet was $33/day. No security at the pool to stop young, YOUNG, children from taking over the hot tub, pool, etc.

The valet and check in personnel was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, nice big TV, but no MW. couldn't fix small cheap stuff or heat up coffee. lots of elevators. Nice bar area an a small market with lots of snacks and water available.

Well as i mentioned there was no MW in the room to reheat coffee or other. Of course that is to make you spend more. The pool area and tiki were closed due to the hurricane Milton. The window walls had an issue letting water seep under and the maintenance staff was constantly mopping up water. poor design there. should be fixed before next storm.

Modern, well managed hotel with good facilities and great staff. Rooms were spacious, clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Food and beverages were of a very high standard - if perhaps a little expensive - although there are several restaurants within walking distance if you prefer to dine elsewhere. Will definitely recommend to family and friends wanting to stay in the area.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is what you expect for an almost brand new facilities. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, particularly the lady that was at night. Maintenance person was kind and solve our issue really fast (we had a small issue with light and power).

We think that parking prices is very expensive. $18.00 a day for a self parking is too much!! There are other facilities that the parking is included in the price. $38.00 for valet parking is too much as well. The area is very noisy particularly between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am on weekends. Noisy cars are running on Atlantic (we don't know where the police were...🙄🙄🙄🙄) We couldn't find a small pool for children, (if there is one, we didn't see it)

The room size was spacious clean and bright the hallway carpet was bright clean and the hotel smelled fresh

The staff could have been more inviting and polite in their demeanor; dnd more polished in their professional appearances. I didn't like that my shower floor looked stained and I questioned if it was clean The housekeeping in thr early morning are loud speaking across the halls to one another and slamming yhr doors while cleaning as if some guest are still asleep.

I loved that everything was close to the beach and you didn’t have to go far for food and fun activities. I loved that the bar was right there as soon as you walk outside. The restaurant has a patio that overlooks the beautiful beach scenery.

I didn’t like that parking is across the street. I missed where you pay 18/ night for self park and 33/night for Valet. There is a 200 deposit and they will take it out of that instead of asking if you want to pay upfront for it so be sure to ask them about that. Other than that it was great😊

Awesome location, friendly staff, great food, amazing view.

I feel there was a couple times I got overcharged on some items, I never once received an itemized receipt after ordering food at the bar.
