We had a good stay. We were upgraded to a pool view room at the hotel from a garden view. Which was good. Amine was excellent in changing money and providing advice on where to go and eat. Plus, he gave us insight into the price of morocco jubbah/ thobe. The staff are friendly and nice at reception. The cleaner does a great job and cleans the room every day and makes the bed. Which is really nice. The breakfast is decent 👌 7/10 but can improve quality and variety in every area. Breakfast is 7am to 10 am every day. The poo area is good and clean and safe. The staff and people are friendly there. The water park at the end is open till 10 1pm, then 2 till 5 pm or something. The pool is open to 6.30pm in the winter season, longer in summer. There are 3 ir 4 lift so waiting time are ok. Only busy at peak times during breakfast and check in and out. The rooms are relevantly modern, but the carpet is old in the hallway. Firdawss was also good. Friendly and smiling. Same with other reception staff.

Check in take a bit of time. Everyone has landed in agadir and came straight to the hotel. There is 5 max 10 minutes que. But you sit back and relax in chair and sofa 🛋 nearby The buffet breakfast could be better. It becomes repetitive after 3 days and boring. Quality is 7/10. It's not good as an international standard in West or England. I wanted milk 🥛 with my tea in my room. But they don't provide milk sachets. Also, during breakfast, they don't provide fresh milk, so I can't enjoy a good cup of tea. The reception was poor from my room on the 4th floor. Room 467. Sometimes it works, and most time is doesn't work. The carpet is old in the hallway.

Warm comfortable stay, good shower and bathroom. Good bed, good breakfast. Parking on site also good. There was a shower outside to wash feet before coming back from the beach.

Wifi was a bit erratic. At 10pm there was a lot of noise coming from someone singing in the atrium. Starting to be dated a bit, AC very loud. Staff was pushy and tried to charge us twice for city tax, upon check in AND check out. Heated pool was paid, 120 MAD per person per hour.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. We got upgraded for honeymoon which was great. The hotel was better than the photos.

The glass lift was unreliable and the breakfast not great for coeliac. Would have liked a bath too. Didn't know you had to pay to use the pool in the thermal area Surprised it wasn't included in the price of getting a treatment as the treatment was expensive.

The hotel offers fantastic amenities and is very clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including both Moroccan and continental dishes. The pool area is great with five fun water slides, which were a big selling point for me. There’s also a spa and three restaurants. The room I stayed in was huge, with a stunning view. This is an ideal place for couples, families, and those who enjoy all-inclusive holiday packages.

The door to my room wasn’t fully sealed, so I could hear the nighttime entertainment clearly, although it wasn’t too disruptive as it ended before 10 PM.

Breakfast was nice. Nice and clean rooms. Water was free but there was a process to get it. View on the pool was amazing. You step outside and the beach is there. Super safe. You also have activities at the pool so you can never get bored.

The water was free but it took time for room service to deliver it and when you ask for bottle at dinner it is hard for them to bring it to you. The wifi was poor and it took them two days to reset and then it worked.

Most of the staff were very friendly, especially the friendly and helpful staff of the restaurant. The location of the hotel is very nice, a nice boulevard right in front of the hotel (especially if you like to watch the sun set) and also some supermarkets en handy shops in the close vicinity. Taxi's right outside of the hotel. Nice swimming pool and water slides for the children. A large variety of snacks/food/drinks to choose from at the pool bar. For an all inclusive this is nice, but for others a bit expensive. Good, clean rooms with a nice view (especially if your room is sea-side like ours was). Every day a fresh bottle of water, which was very thoughtful of the hotel. The hanam has some nice packages to choose from. We chose the scrub and oil massage , which was really...... aaaaaaahhhhh zzzzzzz, relaxing... I would really recommend it. We had breakfast and dinner. There was enough to choose from and a lot of really nice and tasteful food. Only no real diversity in the menu/available food. I loved The masamen, especially when there were potatoes and meat to be eaten like it was roti. Much respect also for the lady making the massage, because they were very populair and she really did her best (had to work hard) to get everyone one or more on time... All in all a hotel to recommend. For us the best choice was half-board, but if you're skinny and want to eat a lot of nice food and drink cocktails... go for the all inclusive.

I had the feeling some staff members didn't take us seriously. We had to make some requests a couple of times before it was acted on. The layout of the bathroom could have been better. A lot of room for the bidet(which few would use) and very tight space for the toilet. The main toilet in the lobby was more comfortable. The deserts at dinner time could use some more variety and the same goes for the choice at breakfast. Most strange I found was that the drinks were not included at diner. Other than that, no real complaints.

Good 4* hotel. Probably best of the group of hotels around or close to this. Has a water park with 1.40m pool - not too deep, not too shallow. Pool is a bit deeper but not so much. Restaurant is decent, just do not go there last 40 minutes of the meal schedule. Some advice: - If your child needs a water toy, buy one from the life guard. Trade a bit or buy 2 - you will receive reasonable price and things they sell have reasonable quality. - Leave some tips in cash for the waiters. Just a bit. Similar tips for the drinks on the bar that are not in all-inclusive package - buy for the cash. While personal is friendly by default a bit of cash make them really wish that you return next year. They have some options to make your holiday better. - Check '-1' floor. Things I really liked: - Checkout time 12:30 while breakfast ends 10:00 is a nice thing. - Beds in the room were really good. - They had a teapot as a part of the standard room equipment with a set of various tea bags.

- ATM in the hall - a bit too greedy exchange rate. While fixed transaction cost is OK. - DO NOT order taxi from the hotel reception. They impose significant price - +30% at least comparing to the reasonable level. Find local taxi service through the internet with good recommendations. - Rooms do not have any dimmable light source for the 'night lamp'. Just take any dimmable low-power USB light source and plug it into the charger.

First of all let me tell you that the photo of the hotel are reflecting 100% what we found there. I went to Amadil Beach with my friend (both in our 40s) for a sun break from the cold winter. We booked (Bed and Breakfast option) this hotel because it's on the beach front and it also has a superb SPA and a lovely swimming pool that, now we can confirm, gets the sun all day long. The staff is absolutely lovely and professional, very attentive and customer oriented as guest would expect, starting from the check in at our late night arrival to the check out and the Guest Office that printed our boarding pass resolving some issues and dealing with stressed out customers. The entertainment staff at the swimming pool and at the bar in the evening, has been absolutely fantastic (thank you Felix, Soso, Ismael and all the rest of the Team) nice music, nice activities and a very welcoming attitude made our stay remarkable. - We booked a see view room that gave us the opportunity to enjoy amazing sunsets and we've been lucky enough to enjoy the March full moon. The room was spotless, the bathroom has a very good shower with great water pressure and the beds are super-comfortable. The hotel is very easy to go through and the decor is terrific :) - Breakfast available from 7 to 10am has a good variety offer and we were happy to be able to have a choice. (I would add some more fruit as an option and I would keep it open until 10.30) - We had enjoy the hot water pool at the SPA, and a relaxing massage. Again everything very clean and the staff was very nice and the environment is very relaxing. - We had dinner at the Moroccan restaurant inside the hotel that served us very nice food and wine and then we had few drinks at the bars, the one at the swimming pool and the one on the beach front. Staff was amazingly nice and we really had good time. Wi-Fi was good throughout our stay but it could be improved. We will be back :)

The hotel was lovely and in a great location, very easy to navigate back to from any direction even if you don't have access to wifi or data for google maps. The beds were extremely comfortable, the view from our room and the beachfront side of the hotel is amazing

The rooms are not soundproof at all we could hear people in the room next to us on their phone as clear as day, people in the halls talking and even the entertainment down by the bar. In our bathroom there was a tiled wall separating the toilet from the shower and on one of the sides the tiles were not cut flush or finished properly causing me to cut open my foot at the bottom of the wall and scrape my arm higher up Some staff were very nice and helpful while others were quite rude if you didn't have an all inclusive wristband.

Very good hotel, booked it just because of the sea view. I would compare it with Holiday Inn, good standard but not luxury. However for Morocco that I had chance to see, this is a real luxury.Comfortable bed, agreeable temperature in the room AND bathroom, no noise from AC. This is definitely not normal in Morocco. The breakfast was good, a lot of options, nice view of the sea.

The communication in the beginning was weird, but in the end I got double room instead of twin so all good. Also a guy downstairs said taxi to the airport was 200 dirhams, but then driver asked 220. This is typical in Morocco, but the hotel should have higher standards.
