We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were really clean.The reception was very friendly and kind. breakfast was good and excellent. restaurant was clean and beautiful. The most important thing was the excellent location of the hotel, which was only a two-minute walk to the metro station. There was a small Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms were properly cleaned every day.An important point, the satisfaction of the guests was very important to them Overall, we had a good stay

Unfortunately, I have to point out some small points. The knives, spoons and forks in the restaurant were not very clean and had stains, we told this to the hotel management and they said they would definitely check. Second, there was no minibar in the refrigerator and no lampshade in the room which is better prepared

Very interesting hotel at an affordable price. Conveniently located, the hotel offers a spa and a functional gym. The rooms are clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, I would like to specifically thank Okan and Mustafa, 2 members of staff who made our stay most enjoyable by going out of their way to meet all our needs.

Concerning the negative points, the safe and the television in our room were not functional and it took several requests to resolve the problem.

Everyone was really nice and the staff were fantastic. Okan and two Mustafa's were really helpful during my stay here especially they speak Arabic and English also. Abdullah was fantastic and helpful with some of the facilties used here also and very professional. Jaff Hotel is an exceptional location in Osmanbey and had many transportation routes near the hotel and many food and drink places near as a walking distance, which helped a lot. Çok Teşekkurler for the services and help provided by the hotel and look forward to coming back one day inşallah

Nothing much. Everything is very clear here in the hotel, and staff are really helpful and ready to help should you need anything which is always appreciated.

I don't usually write reviews about the hotels I stay in unless something truly stands out. In this case, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by three staff members: Ms. Sila, Mr. Rojbin, and Mr. Mostafa. They were simply amazing—always helpful, constantly smiling, and full of positive energy. No matter what we asked, they were eager to assist and offered excellent recommendations. They helped us in numerous situations, making our stay even more enjoyable. While all the staff, including those whose names I didn’t catch, and the Manager, were very helpful and professional, these three truly went above and beyond.

The Welcoming and hospitality of the staff makes you forget some small things that are missing and they didn't find replacement like the kettle when it wasn't working, some slippers weren't provider as well, i think they need to change the cleaning products they use for the carpet and definitely put some air freshner in the long cooridoors to the rooms. i would definitely stay there again as the staff were really the best.

The availability of the people in the reception was outstanding, they were very welcoming! The Nisantasi area is one of the chicest one to be in, so the hotel was in a really good area. Heater worked beatifully.

From the picture I thought the room would be bigger. I didn't know the bathroom was divided in 2, so I was surprised! But really nothing that bothered me at all. The room needed just a little bit of cleaning; a part from this, everything was excellent.

Cosy hotel, good variety of breakfast, location in the middle between Taksim and sisle in which you can reach both of them very easily. The osmanbey metro station is the nearest station, and it is about 2 minutes to reach there. Hospitable staff. I will consider it in my next visit to Istanbul.

It is in uphill road, but it is in the beginning of the road, so it was not a problem to me, but it may be uncomfortable for disable or elderly people. Another minor thing is that the light of mini fridge is annoying me while sleeping and I can not find the way to switch it off 😁
