Stayed many times at this hotel and it is always a great experience. Room 324 (while the view is uninspiring) is at the back of the building and is quieter than experienced when at the front. The area is fabulous - turn right and you are in Marylebone where you can spend a day (Daunt bookshop, Caldasi and Aubaine restaurants, La Fromagerie to name a few favs); turn left down to Oxford St for shopping and the tube station and many restaurants. Staff very pleasant and helpful, great bar.

Pillows - always ask for extra !!

1. The location is perfect as it is very close to Oxford Street. We usually use Bond Street Underground to go around apartment from Oxford Circus and Marble Arch Stations. 2. The maintenance of the rooms is still pretty good. This was our 2nd time staying here. 3. They gave us a complimentary upgrade room for our 2nd night due to some issues. That was fantastic!

1. Our actual room's heater wasn't working properly the first night and it was cold. The night staff wasn't helpful (didn't bring the mobile heater) and informed us they will send a maintenance technician the next morning. No one came, so we made a complaint the next morning and day shift people apologized and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Now that was fantastic. 2. There was an in-room night menu that starts 11pm - 6am. We wanted to order something under room service around 11.15pm, but the restaurant was closed. So not too sure what was the menu for.

The location of the hotel was central and excellent! I would have coffee at different nearby cafes every morning and Oxford street and may other sites were walking distance from the hotel. The rooms (especially the executive suite) was very comfortable and it was a happy change from the airb&b we had booked and abandoned. I booked the hotel last minute and was so happy they had space. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed our stay there.

We had two rooms and the standard room was a bit small (although probably typical for London). The executive rooms were great and 3 people comfortably fit in them. I wish the elevators were a bit larger and that you could reach the other side of the hotel without having to go back to the ground floor (maybe there was a way that I'm unaware of). My daughters were on the other side of the hotel because our booking was very last minute, but the staff tried their best to get us in a room next to each other and were successful when we extended our stay 2 more days due to a delta flight cancellation.

This hotel was remarkably well positioned to most attractions, shopping, and a massive amount of eateries! It was close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, hyde park, and Marble Arch. The shopping was great and we were spoilt for choice when it came to dinner each night with a little alleyway-type street full of eateries at the end of our street. We found some cute little places to go for breakfast within a 10-minute walk as well and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go, like Trafalgar square and Hyde park. The concierge desk was really friendly and helpful as well and would grab you a taxi, or tickets to things very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London on holiday!

There was not anything that we didn't like really, and everyone was super nice and helpful - if l had to think of something, their onsite dining room was very expensive and we only ate there once, due to the cost. Much cheaper to go just down the road to the eatery alley as we called it!

This is our go-to hotel in London over the last 10 years, largely due to location but also because of great service. The bar is great, the inhouse restaurant is good also. Marylebone is an expensive but wonderful neighborhood with near access to the tube, many great eating establishments, including Caldesi Italian, Aubaine, Ping Pong (Dim Sum) and many more. A fabulous Bookshop (Daunt's). The Fromagerie is awesome. Only issue we had was a noisy AC and were moved to another room without issue. Will stay here again.

Be aware that Booking.com does occasionally overbook resulting in guests being relocated to another hotel - we were not but were told by reception. Pillows - order extra, extra, they are down and tend to flatten.

Deluxe Room was spacious n bathroom has 2 showers, one even had a tub, water flow was excellent that makes showering a pleasure! hotel is very convenient to walk to Oxford street n underground train. All the staff were helpful and polite, very obliging with genuine interest to help.

The tap water after boiling is white n murky. believe this is not the hotels fault. maybe hotel can give complimentary mineral water 2 bottles a day to supplement the poor water quality from the tap.

Location is perfect - very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs, but being a block or two away from the main streets means it's a lot quieter and a relaxing are to stay in. Rooms are well appointed and mine (Superior Room Plus) was very roomy, bed was very comfortable. Was great to come back to and relax after a day in London. Staff very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Nothing really. Not providing an iron in the rooms was a bit of a down point.

The staff at the Mandeville went above and beyond for our stay on the night before and the night of our wedding day - nothing was too much trouble. The team were incredible - concierge even went and purchased an item we urgently needed - we are so grateful for all the service they provided for us and we had the most excellent stay. When we returned on our second night from our wedding they had upgraded our room to the terrace suite and moved all our belongings into it which was such a kind gesture! It topped our day off perfectly! You can tell all staff members care about the experience their guests receive from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Absolutely nothing - the best experience we’ve had in London hotels!

The location was superb. Staff were extremely friendly , cheerful and helpful. Siad the concierge was particularly helpful. Thank you. Beautifully decorated room with crisp comfortable bedding. Coffee making facilities and mini bar. Bathroom had amazing shower with large fluffy white bath towels. Great pressure in the shower. The restaurant menu was varied and our lunch was well served, cooked and presented. Breakfast had everything to appeal to everyone. Fresh and varied. Thank you all staff at the hotel and we are happy to recommend you to anyone. We will see you again.

Nothing.
