The hotel room was absolutely amazing , it had everything we needed a big comfortable bed a very usable kitchen a great big bathroom a lounge room as well as a dining table it was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was on the top floor so you had an amazing view but the room itself was just awesome so cozy in the winter and the food was fantastic as was the lady who looked after us at the breakfast she was amazing

Only one thing we didn't like it was a little bit outside of town but the bus stop was right out the front of the hotel

We loved everything! It's clear that a lot of thought, time and effort has gone into this place. They thought of everything. Wonderfully designed apartment, with everything you could possibly need, plus some lovely extra touches. Beds were so comfortable. The room was cosy and homely, whilst being modern and sleek at the same time. There was a 24h snack/drink area where you could get yourself a snack and pay in the morning. Beautiful gift shop as well. What else can I say, I wish I lived here! Thank you for a wonderful experience :D

Decently sized appartment with kitchenette and terrace (only the 2 top floor apartments have a private terrace), tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessities. Very comfy firm mattresses and king size bed. Seating area inside the apartment and on the deck. A/C to cool or heat. If we needed anything the staff made sure to cater to our wishes. Breakfast buffet from 7.30am every morning (top floor terrace with views)can be booked for a small fee and has a good selection of food, catering for various dietary requirements and tastes.

Glass door into bathroom but I realised that the operators of the hotel only rent the building and that there might be little that they can do about it. There's nothing else to add here!

After years of using booking to find lovely places all around Europe “bodenseezeit apartments” offered us one of our most unique stays so far. The staff is incredibly nice,lovely and gave us a really warm welcome even we’ve stayed just for one night. The AP’s are very well equipped on highest quality standards. We had the best sleep as the beds are so comfortable. Lindau is a lovely town,I really recommend to visit the island. There is direct access to public transfer (bus no.5) and it’s easy to park the car near by or even at the place. We will come back soon for sure.

About 5km from the center of Lindau (or Lindau Insel) as well as from the center of Bregenz. Right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. Walking distance from the lake, with a very nice view from there. We did not take the breakfast at the hotel, but went to the bakery that is literally next door and very good (I assume that the hotel breakfast will be very good as well, judging from the quality of the other facilities). I would recommend to reserve a parking space, because there are no public parking spaces in the direct vicinity. The hotel has a good underground parking. Besides, they have a separate garage for bicycles that you can access with the keycard of your room. There are 2 restaurants at walking distance.

The hotel is located directly on Lake Constance, you can easily walk to Bregenz and take a dip in the lake on the way. Everything is perfectly organised, the rooms are clean and there is free coffee and drinks at very reasonable prices.

I would particularly like to emphasise that everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt extremely welcome and in good hands.

The room was clean, tiles on the floor and heated via AC. The bed and bedspreads were comfortable and clean. The kitchen corner had a big fridge, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes and electric cooktop. Also had slippers.

Floor was tiles,cold but the slippers helped. Heating was AC and took some time to heat the room but it was good afterwards. The bathroom could use more hangers for the towels, otherwise all good.

Everything. They’ve thought of absolutely everything. Attention to detail was probably one of the best I’ve seen and amazing service. I couldn’t have thought it if I tried!

It was too good, I’ll have to come back!

Everything! Exceptionally well equipped, friendly and helpful staff, clean, great breakfast and convenient location. We really can’t recommend enough and will go back! Even the (bi-lingual) info sheet ticked all the boxes; it gave us all the information we needed, not just for the hotel itself, but where to eat locally and how to get about. I really cannot fault any aspect of the facility, staff or location.

Nothing to dislike

Modern apartment/hotel near to the island of Lindau and Bregenz in Austria, being situated just a few metres from the border. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We took the breakfast which was offered in a suite pr terrace on the fourth floor and it was excellent. That staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient
