Superb location, there are three upstairs beachfront apartments, we were lucky enough to get Room 21 the front one. Amazing water views out both sides of the apartment, walk straight across the road to the beach. Beautiful deck to sit and take in the view. Apartment was spacious and nice and quiet. Anyone using public transport the bus stop was so handy. Look forward to returning in future.

Stairs are tiled, so when wet they are very slippery when getting up to apartment, care is needed but plenty handrails provoided. Water in Shower was very hot and we were not able to turned down.

The location near the beach and bus stop and restaurants, especially the beach.

The bed was two twins pushed together and one of us was always sleeping on the blasted ridge. Management did the best they could to make it less uncomfortable. We still loved our stay.

The location was simply stunning. Only a few steps to a beautiful beach. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. The layout of the apartment was excellent, it was very spacious. The information folder is extremely informative. We have stayed in a number of properties on the island but this was totally outstanding.

More detailed instructions for the oven would be helpful.

Great location - short walk to the beach and cafes/restaurants. It was clean and reasonably well supplied with kitchen utensils so we could make a basic meal. Bus stop right outside.

It was VERY slippery getting into/out of the shower. An extractor fan in the bathroom would be beneficial rather than an open window with views to the street. Holidays are all about relaxing and going back to work feeling refreshed. The bed in the second bedroom did not allow this. It was hard with an electric blanket which had no padding over the wires.

Friendly, helpful owners/management team. Proximity to the beach and restaurants. Space to park our car. Clean and tidy unit.

The leaky shower. The door was not sealed so water leaked all over the bathroom floor and we had to use our towels to mop it up.

Great communication from the property before my arrival. Bright, beautiful, comfy room, met my expectations.

Did not have the Do Not Disturb sign to put at door. On my last night after midnight there was some strange sound on the ceiling of my room like someone or some animal moving and scratching the roof.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had a small issue with our room and we were move instantly. The manager provided kayaks and toys to keep the kids entertained. The location was incredible.

The place is a little tired but it didn't impact on our stay.

The corner Apartment 27 was our home. Lovely view of Onetangi Beach. Excellent balcony, two sets of patio tables and chairs. Apartment has an excellent, sunny, location. Breakfast basket was lovely. Comfortable bed.

A little dated but clean and tidy and perfect base close to the beach for a family with two small kids. Comparably to other accommodation on the island it’s a great price for what you’re getting - space, location, facilities all well worth it.
