I've now stayed here several times and will always choose this hotel in the future as well. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel is very clean and quiet. The beds and especially pillows are comfortable as well. The TV is large with a great variety of channels. The breakfast is so much better than many hotels and has everything you could want from eggs to rolls to yogurt and more.

The handicapped parking is difficult to access since it is right where the arrivals park for check-in. If there are cars parked there, it is not possible to get into the parking spaces.

Somewhat of the comfort and location.

I was disturbed when I was approached by an outsider that said the staff at this location weren't actual employees of IHG. Also, it was further explained that the staff is wearing prosthetics to appear Caucasian and other identities to hide who they are. I was there due to the storm on the Coast, I was tired so I went back to my room. It could have been reported, you might check to see if any other guest was affected by this disturbance.

This is the 3rd time staying at the hotel, and the rooms are always clean and they have a great breakfast as well. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping has been great as well. Love the location as it fits my needs. Will definitely be staying here again.

In 2 of the last 3 stays, I noticed some bugs crawling on my computer screen while I was in bed. I don't know if they were bed bugs or not. I had no bites, but the room itself was very clean.

Nice room, friendly staff. Full size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap/body wash provided in the bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. Main bed was comfortable.

Doors open/close very loudly so if someone next door opens in the middle of the night, the whole floor hears it. Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Extra pillows would have been nice since the room was booked for 4 people.

I loved the omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, cinnamon rolls, and fruit! I loved that the gym actually had functioning treadmills, bike, and free weights so I could get in a good workout! The beds were comfortable! The staff were friendly and eager to help!

We checked in too late to go swimming so we were going to swim in the morning but pool hours were 10pm-10am. My son loves pancakes so he was disappointed that the pancake machine wasn't working.

All the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely the highlight of the services provided by the hotel. Especially Derrick at the FD, who was very kind and helped us check in early and was always attentive. We didn't expect HSKP service due to many hotels still having restrictions, but the rooms were serviced after our first morning there, and once again, they were made very tidy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Various breakfast options. There are nice amenities, even if we didn't make use of the facilities it is good to have options.

The hotel might be due for a renovation. Or, at least, it would certainly benefit from a few repairs and refreshing the spaces, furniture, appliances, and installations. Found it very odd that the short hallway between the room door and the bedroom area had no lighting of itself, not even where the coffee machine is, was there a light bulb or lamp.

The size of the room, couch and comfortable lounging chair, the big screen TV, the clean and bright bathroom, the very comfortable king size bed. I did like the fact that I was out of shaving cream, and the front desk provided one quickly.

The outside of the building is not marked at all, I had to go inside to determine that it was actually the Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast is amazing, the hotel is clean and has a lot of complimentary items if you need it. It’s cozy and was a comfortable stay.

The sheets smelled a little and there weren’t any laundry bags but the bags aren’t a big deal. It was mostly the sheets. Was also told they don’t have a check on time and that’s they have to call me when my room is ready.

The larger bed and televison and nice work desk and the endless breakfast options were very tasty.thank you.

the door safety latch to the hallway was very lose as if someone losened the screws them purposely.i asked the front desk for a repair of it.she offered a new room but said maintenance would fix it the next day and they didnt i ens up puting some furinture by the door.

Breakfast was fine. Staff helpful. Facilities overall clean

Workout room had only 1 towel one day, none the next. No antibiotic soap of any kind. Not even an empty dispenser. The shower in our bath pretty much flooded the entire bathroom floor no matter how we adjusted curtain and even we used our towels to keep water in shower. Badly designed and or installed. We got a suite and it had one chair in it. To watch TV you always had to sit on/in bed. The purpose for a suite is to make the area more livable.
