I like the space - it was for my daughter bday and I wanted them to have there own space to talk and change they had there own bathroom which was a plus - my son had the pull out - we had our space it was nice !! It could be a little more update on furniture but it was straight for the weekend - and I was happy we could Grill that was a plus to help on the food - and Ken he was the new guy VERY HELPFUL and upfront and his Customer service was GREAT !!! I didn't get the other gentleman name he was cool too. I was skeptic on the reviews but I went with it and it was nice - I didn't get the breakfast my kids said it was Alright so hey I'm guessing it was ok. There is many places to eat around that area as well. We will add this one to our Hotel list - me and my hubby thinking about coming back for our Anniversary to just chill. I didn't get any pic but this Hotel look just like what is posted.

Only thing I'm a clean freak and I see a lot of things that ppl don't - the doors could be wiped down and a few mold spots that it - update the showers and furniture this Hotel will be a HIT !!! But it is still a Hit nice area !!!

Clean and convenient, the studio had everyone you could need. Staff accommodating for flight delay had ro check in next day at 6 am.

Breakfast on the weekend until 9 am, make it at least 10 am. $5 parking daily when there is more than enough space, never had a suburb hotel charge for parking before.

I liked the place, the rooms were very comfortable. Beds are full size, but they are soooooo comfortable. Sofa bed was kind of dirty, and the carpets outside the rooms were stained, but other than that, they were pretty clean. Breakfast was ok. Love the pancake maker!! The staff was nice too.The variety on the breakfast was pretty nice. The place is super pretty.

The fact that breakfast is from 7am to 9am!!!! Is way too early. I didn't like the eggs. They felt super wet. And the coffee wasn't the best. Also, the towels smell like grease.

Everything but the two complaints I noted below was great. Room was comfortable, clean, mostly quiet, had plenty of space, and had a fully equipped kitchenette. (Even with a dish washer, although there was no detergent.) I'd definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I disliked was that, for some reason, smells came straight into the room and would not leave. In the morning when my room smelled like toast, from the breakfast buffet, this was fine. At night when guests were smoking weed in their rooms, this was very unpleasant. The rooms are only serviced once a week, which is fine with me, except for dealing with trash. In the mornings, the hallway bins were overflowing with bags of trash from people's rooms, and in my room, I didn't see any replacement trash bags. So that's a nuisance, having to go ask for more bags. They need a better system for taking out your trash.

Great hotel. Stayed here for 15 days, really enjoyed the location (close to Target, Publix, Usps, UPS, FedEx, all kinds of stores and cafes). The hotel itself is very good too. I loved the room, the bed, the kitchen and special kudos to the administration for the dishes we had (usually kitchens are badly or underequipped with dishes and cutlery in hotels). Breakfast was very good too, same every day but we had it from time to time, used our kitchen more. The staff and maintenance were nice and helpful. Never had any issues with them. There's a pool but it was closed for the season. Great hotel, would stay again 👍

They sometimes run out of breakfast 30-60 min before it officially ends. Maybe they don't count the guests or there are way more people coming for breakfast than the guests. Safety was a concern for me. Everybody can enter the hotel and go to any floor. Once we had a woman banging on our door in the middle of the night, trying to get inside. We called the police. Thankfully, it was once. The other time I saw what seemed to me like a homeless person in the elevator. Better make a hotel card entrance to the elevator and the doors on the floors, to avoid things like these.

Employees were genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful. They gave me a breakdown of the area, to include a listing of area restaurants and shops, and best times to travel to areas on my itinerary. When I was leaving, the gentleman took notice of my opened backpack and reminded me not to forget to close it. He then wished me a safe experience, and thanked me for staying at Sonesta. Now, that might seem insignificant but when you're traveling, it's the little things that make a big difference.

I could smell marijuana on my floor, which is not something people who don't smoke want to smell when having to walk through the hallway. The only other thing I noticed is the multiple bags of trash outside of individual rooms and trash overflowing from the hallway trashcan on my floor. It was there from one night to the entire next night.

The weather was awful. The staff tried to keep the grounds and inside clean and free of debris.

There was a group of young athletic students who left trash in multiple areas of the facility. Specifically outside in the parking lot, outside sitting next to exit doors, and by the garbage can on the 4th floor. There was no way for staff to keep up with the amount of garbage these kids were producing and leaving in so many areas. Other occupants definitely noticed and commented on the trash also.

The breakfast was good. Our upgraded room was nice.

There was broken glass, big piece and several small pieces in the bathroom. My husband cut his foot on the glass when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! Obviously the bathroom was not cleaned from the last people that occupied it. In addition, the room smelled when we first arrived and had to go to the front desk to ask for air freshener/spray.

The establishment is in a great location with friendly staff. It's close to lots of great restaurants and retail shopping. We loved it.

The dryer was broken in the laundry room. Breakfast time is from 7 to 9 AM which seems a bit too short. Room service could be a little frequent.

A beautiful hotel surrounded by trees and a bit of nature, but within walking distance of everything you need. It was also not far from the city center, a lake or excursion destinations.

The breakfast wasn't that great and the area wasn't very clean. It would be nice if there was more variety and healthier food, especially if you're staying for a longer period of time.
