Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was also very clean and smelled good as soon as we walked in. Our room was also very spacious and super clean. My husband and I traveled with our three kids, our oldest is 19, which was great because we had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Nice to have the entire family together since many hotels would have made us get two rooms. I also loved the location of the hotel, near perimeter mall and several other shopping centers, in addition to great restaurants nearby.

We had issues with very slow internet, and we were not able to stream Netflix for example, as we had hoped. Very slow and lagging. I also wish breakfast would have been served till at least 9:30.

Location was great. We did not try the breakfast so can’t say. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Staff was always cleaning when we were coming in and out. Mopping, sweeping, etc. I appreciate the high standard the hotel staff had for keeping it tidy.

The room we booked was given away by mistake (which I totally understand- it happens. That’s not my issue) so we were upgraded to a king suite “for no extra charge”, except when I checked my bank account after checking out we were charged the extra for the suite. It’s not a problem since we stayed in the suite so of course I’ll pay for it. But don’t tell me it will cost the same as the booking I made ($738.34) and then when I checked my bank account I was charged $1,070 in increments. $160, $80, $490, and $170 two times.

It was very clean and quiet, nice location.

The elevator kind of triggered my anxiety :( so rocky and almost caught my bestfriend arm in the door way because it close so fast.

The maintenance staff was excellent. The gentleman was friendly and interacted with my son about our trip. There was a lady and a same gentleman who went above and beyond to help us looking for my sons missing backpack. I appreciate all of their hard work and their willingness to help. I checked out on 1/2/25 and booked a second reservation on 1/4/25 at the same hotel due to the cleanliness and great staff. The front staff was helpful as well and ensure we have a smooth check in and out process. They were all very welcoming.

I truly enjoyed the warm welcome we received from T.J. upon check-in. The facilities were clean & fresh. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone greeted you with a smile from the front desk (Allison) to the dining area housekeeping (Erica) who goes above and beyond her duties to make guests feel comfortable. The room attendants. masw sure. The rooms were clean, and thT you had all you needed, and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great as well! Loved the variety!The dining staff kept up with the demands of the guests with a smile! I will definitely stay at this location when I visit the Atlanta area again! The pool was closed for renovation, I think.

How quiet it is even though it’s close to the highway and within distance to a lot of other stores. Also, loved the variety of breakfast selections, instead of the standard boring breakfasts. The esthetics of the lobby were very elegant, warm and inviting. I enjoyed sitting there eating my breakfast every morning. The rooms were well furnished with streamlined, modern furniture. Overall, I loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again!!! Thank you!!

That the pool was closed due to the inspection for the four days that we were there.

Location was good and breakfast was on point

Stay was good other than 2 issues listed below in what we didn't like

I went to front desk to request a towel and was told.they would send one upper. Aftrr 23 minutes of waiting for towel. I called down to front desk to ask about the towel and then one was sent up in 3 minutes. But it took 26 minutes to get a towel to my room. And hotel wasn't able to find my paid reservation, so I had to call 2 different companies to find hotel reservation. But it was inputted into hotel system wrong spelling by someone. But glad it was found

I was extremely impressed with the quatity of our room for the price. The facilties were very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. We definately want to stay here again whenever we return to Atlanta.

We can not think of anytying that we did not like. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was fantastic. We kept saying how much we enjoyed our room. With young adult children it was great that they had a small area off to themselves.

Very spacious rooms with barn doors in the bathroom, and an electric mirror with glass shower doors. Mostly quiet with the exception of some guests who continually slammed their doors.

Bed not as comfortable as I'd like and woke up with back pain. Short breakfast hours, even on weekends, and limited options in a small area to eat. Extremely slow elevators. If you're expecting to swim, the pool has been closed pending an inspection from Fulton County.
