Hotel was nice. The lady on reception was busy with alot of cancelled flights due to the weather. Room was lovely and clean and lighting is great

Being first time travelling alone, i didnt want to dine alone i just wanted to relax in my room. I noticed the advert for grab and go so thought I would try that. Found it by reception but no one was there. I asked at reception and she said oh sorry it's not ready. That was such ashame, so ended up having grapes and 2 pastrys I had with me. I left a little note for house keeping as the conditioner was by the hand soap and the lotion in the shower, I couldn't change it as there was a special key.

Location for Manchester Airport is good. Nice & modern - seats in bar/restaurant nice & comfortable. The bed (large double) was extremely comfortable. The bedding & pillows lovely too. Showers very nice. Excellent choice for breakfast. Small Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch.

The bedroom although nice was small. Not enough condiments for tea/coffee in the room - had to keep requesting more. A small fridge in rooms would have been good (especially for the cost of the room). The bar area was quite small & when the hotel is busy like it was it certainly couldn’t accommodate guests. The whole reception/bar/restaurant front desk area was insufficient & poorly designed.

Room was OK size and bed was comfortable. Biggest bugbear for me was the price of food and beverages. £10 for a bottle of water, is utterly ridiculous, under no circumstances can anyone tell me that is acceptable, totally ripping off the customer!

The biggest ripoff was the charge of £10 for a bottle of still water! Totally ripping of the consumer! Keep up with that and your numbers and business will dwindle. Based on both sleep and food, I won't be returning!

We stayed here due to a flight cancellation so this was a spontaneous booking. Check in easy and staff helpful and tried to speed up the process as much as possible. All rooms very clean and great toiletries provided in refillable containers, good for the environment but also means that you can use as much as you need. Good sized smart TV in the rooms and a coffee machine. Cans of water provided at the side of the bed. Bed was comfortable and there were other seating options in the room. Bathroom had a wonderful shower (although water pressure was a bit low, this is my only grumble). Towels were a good size and soft. Staff in bar and restaurant friendly and helpful. Food amazing for an airport hotel, the pasta was perfectly cooked with a wonderful sauce. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold options; tables were clean and staff friendly and helpful. I didn’t get to use the gym but it looked well equipment and clean.

Anniston makes the most amazing flat white coffees. The food is good but too pricey and there isn’t enough choice on the menu for picky eaters. Breakfast is outstanding especially their poached eggs cooked to however you like them. Lewis is my best mate and he’s such a tonic of laughter. Habs on reception is amazing. She is bubbly, professional and will go the extra mile to help. Overall the staff at Tribe are fantastic, I wish I could remember everyone’s names to let all of you looking at this hotel know how fantastic the staff are.

Absolutely nothing

Great location and fantastic atrium bar and restaurant. Someone has done a brilliant job of recruiting really excellent staff who are friendly and approachable. Aniston in the restaurant is an absolute gem. The rooms are comfortable and practical with excellent toiletries and lighting. It really is a much better option than most airport hotels and would definitely be my chosen hotel for now. Short walk to the train station so easy access to the city centre. Excellent pizza !

The short walk from the station is generally well lit but there is a small area that is dark and not very pleasant as a lone female. Not the hotel issue but perhaps Manchester airport group could look at this

We were greeted warmly by the reception staff and checked in quickly. The hotel was very clean, warm and the decor very different and pleasing to the eye. Our room was beautify warm, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was excellent. They listened and understood my food intolerances. The food was gorgeous and hot. On checking out they ordered us a taxi and again we’re extremely helpful. Will we return, a definite yes.

The reception area is way too small. They were all reaching over each other to find paperwork, card machines etc.

The hotel is conveniently located super close to The Station - So it is a short and convenient walk from the airport if you don't have large luggage. Navigating the location by car / maps was a bit trickier because it is a new property. I am sure this will get easier. The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and the facilities very efficient and clean. The gym is equipped with the latest TechnoGym treamills, elliptical and bikes - as well as a couple of weight machines. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very modern and stylish. I found that it was one of the better hotels that I have stayed at and really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel as well as how friendly the staff were during the staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Unfortunately the hotel due to being recently opened did not have all of the facilities open when we arrived. The lack of the 24/7 food bar was what meant I can’t give this hotel the full ratings that I think it deserved. I would also like to say that the car parking was pretty pricey at £25 for a single nights stay.
