I genuinely don’t know why there were so many complaints about this hotel. The hotel is perfect for the a nights sleep. It’s cheap and affordable. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind . I think people are too entitled these days , complaining when it costs so little. If you’re thinking of booking it I would recommend 100%.

Very little it was literally £45 for the night.

Amazing stay! Staff at reception, bar and restaurant are amazing and friendly. Now considering the price you pay for your stay, cannot expect it to be like a premium hotel where you have to pay MORE . I read the reviews and also go through the facilities offered by the hotel before I check-in to any hotel. There are some people who mention that the spa and other facilities are not included with the booking. ( If you kindly read through booking.com before you make your booking like I do, you do not have to be unhappy when you get there ). Also about the wifi, considering the price you pay for one night for the room alone and then you have to pay £7 a device ( this again is clearly mentioned on booking.com that wifi is accessible only in public areas for free ) , just compare the price with other hotels the same night you make your booking for, which will have wifi included and you still will be saving money here! Parking at the hotel is free for residents ( Ensure that you enter the registration on the tablet at reception ). The hotel is underway modification, so cannot really complain about the smell of paint or anything. It will look spectacular by the next time I visit 😄 I like to collect information and I would like to pass it on to the other customers. Do not get on the 'black cabs' if you are arriving from the airport as they charge a lot The Airport Inn and Spa hotel offers shuttle service (again it's not free but calculate your budget and compare with other hotels which gives it all inclusive ) Shuttle fare - £8 / person (Single journey) £14 / person (Return journey) Or you can use Uber or the hotel offers a private taxi hire for just £15. Once again, great staff. I had a lovely stay and see you again soon ! 🙂

They could do something about the spindles closure timings as it does not really help people who especially make the booking to use the facilities, considering the check-in time to the hotel. Or maybe the guests can use it before they check-in but the spindles timings are not mentioned on the website which might get people confused and annoyed when they check-in. Kindly put up some more lightings in the car parks ( a suggestion) 🤗

I read most of the reviews and I was ABIT unsure on what I was going to walk in to but honestly this place is fantastic. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was clean and fresh. The beds are comfy. The food was good, and overall we were happy with our stay. Free WiFi in the bar area Receptionist help and booked myself and children out taxi to the airport and that was priced at £15. Smart TV in the room and we got a bigger room than I thought.

Only thing I didn't like was the noise from other guests. You could hear everyone's conversations and moving around those from next door. Couldn't watch TV as had to be connected to WIFI to use and couldn't watch more channels 1-5.

Every area of The Airport Inn and Spa was spotlessly clean which is our main concern when we are staying away! We found all staff to be really attentive, helpful, efficient and friendly. We had breakfast, lunch and evening meal and we found there was plenty of choice, all food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced and service was very quick. Lots of relaxing seating areas both inside and out and plenty of free parking. The most powerful shower I have ever experienced! Good location and easy access to motorway. This hotel really is great value for money.

We had booked a last minute budget hotel so were not expecting 5*. Rooms are snug and need a little attention where they have been bashed by cases or had new furniture installed but they are spotlessly clean so we had no complaints. However, we were surprised that our room was not serviced during our stay.

This was a late booking to avoid an overnight storm and allowed us to stay close to the airport. It met all our needs though we didn’t use all the facilities such as gym/spa/restaurant …. The menu in the bar looked good enough had we needed it however. The staff were great, very friendly. If ever we need a hotel close to the airport again this will be our choice. Very reasonable rate too.

The only irritation we had was nothing to do with the hotel as such but other guests who were up very early playing their tv way too loud and talking very loudly .. 4/45 - 5/00am.

I will definitly stay again. Hotel is in a great location, comfy rooms and nice bar and dining area. Easy access off A538 approach to Wilmslow with plenty of parking. On a busy road but set back and surrounded by trees. Excellent walks along the Bollin on National Trust land and to airport viewing areas from the door. Short drive of about 5 mins to Wilmslow. About a 10 minute walk to Honeybee pub along busy road but on pavement. Room well equiped with hair dryer, kettle, iron and a comfy bed. Very near airport if you need an overnight stay.

Reception weren't very engaging

All the facilities you have down stairs are wonderful, we had a swim and played pool, had meals at your bar, lovely. Close to Wilmslow town.

The elevator was not working from the ground floor up so had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. Noticed a lot of repairs and maintenance needed especially up stairs ie: carpet sitting up and loose in hall with a loose floorboard underneath. Bathroom also needed attention, grouting, etc and if the shower curtain wasn't around far enough, the water would splash out over the toilet and all over the floor.

Beds were well comfy staff were really lovely pool is great all staff r friendly and kind and people r all friendly ...great nature walk next to it pool sauna steam room jacuzzi is there in another building u can access thru the hotel and the bar menu for food and drink is on from 12pm till late and the breakfast buffet is fab loads choose from 7am till 9.30 there's also table tennis pool squash courts and pool table in the pool jacuzzi building and a bar if yr into yr keep fit stuff

Rooms r small and u pay extra for pool ect as its in another building across very small car park .. 5 pound but u can go in and out all day so not bad at all

Excellent value for money but the place does need an upgrade. Like the carpets

Spa and the cost.

I thought it was very clean and stylish, the night we arrived a young man greeted at the desk, my family and myself, he also served us with drinks and food very pleasant, this was Thursday 6th June 2024, the breakfast is a bit much at £12 each I know i didn't eat that much, again the staff was pleasant, the Friday was meal was also a pleasant experience, but the day of departure the 8th, breakfast wasnt so good, it was obvious the breakfast staff was in a very bad mood, and was very rude to two customers, her attitude was really bad towards this lady and her friend, then when it was reported, the entrance staff was even more rude, I must admit that did put me off a bit, the staff were really disrespectful towards these two ladies which had paid to stay there, they were definitely in the wrong, I was wondering why they are getting low ratings, until that happened, then I knew why, it's not the place so much but the staff, they're bringing the place down, some of them, only the two working Saturday morning, on the desk, and serving breakfast, should be reprimanded, and sent on a course of customer service, other than that it was fine nice place would stay there again really recommend it ***
