I have stayed in this hotel many times and will continue to come back. It is set further back and more secluded, which is great for cutting down the sound of traffic. The rooms are huge compared to other Hampton's that I have stayed in. The entire hotel is very clean and very kept up. Staff was friendly, even while servicing a rude customer who was in front of me in line. The parking lot is very well lit, so even having to park in back, I felt very safe.

Bring your own shower products. The soap dried out my skin, and the shampoo dried out my hair. Even excessive conditioner didn't help much.

The lobby, reception and breakfast were all very welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was close to our final destination, visiting Worcester Polytechnic Institute, too. Although our reservation through Booking.com was somehow lost (didn't make it into the Hampton Inn system), the staff was helpful with resolving the matter.

Apparently, the Hilton/Hampton Inn reservation system does not interface well with reservations made through third party agencies and websites. As a result, it took us an hour to sort out the situation before we could check in.

Breakfast is always good. They a good variety. Have stayed there before.

I booked a room with a bathtub with booking,com. When I got to the room it was a shower, I was very disappointed. I talked to the manager the next day and she told me that there was nothing she could do because I booked it with booking,com. They have only 3 rooms with a bathtub and the whole place was booked. When a booked the room, you asked me if there was any special request and I told you a room with a bathtub and you responded back to me that the hotel could accommodate me. Why even ask me about a special request if you can't accommodate me.

The location was just what we wanted. Restaurants were nearby and I-90 was conveniently right down the road. Free parking. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good.

The laundry fee was the highest we've ever had to pay anywhere we have traveled. $7.00 to wash and $7.00 to dry. The pool was out of order so that was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Lovely location. Far off the road and in the woods. Best and unusual location for a chain hotel. Very quiet.

The breakfast was not at all appetizing. The pre made omelettes were overcooked and the potatoes were soggy when they should have been crispy. The bagels were not good quality. I expected more when being charged $190 for a one night stay. For a single traveler $190 is over the top.

We love very much the location of the hotel, unlike other hotels along the busy street, it leads to the hotel after a private driving way. Also, the breakfast and cleanness impressed us. It is a perfect stop if you drive from NB, Canada to New York City with family.

The breakfast was great. Based on my past experience of staying hotels, they offered cold breakfast but this one, they offered variety of breakfast. I had 2 omelets, several sausages, hash browns, cranberry juice, yogurt, and milk. Again, they were great.

The bed was okay. it was a little plush. love extra firm mattress but I don't expect all beds have extra firm mattresses.

I was impressed by the size of the room and the bathroom for the cost. I liked that there was a seating area in the room as well - it's nice to have somewhere to sit other than the bed. The shower also had great water pressure.

There was no bag for the ice provided so had to put it directly into the ice bucket.

Newer facility. Mattress was encased to help prevent bedbugs; box spring were not. Clean; beds were comfortable. Nightlight in bathroom was a nice touch. Fantastic breakfast, real eggs! Was in a very quiet setting; set back from the road with lots of nature around.

We had a room with bad smell (replaced). Booking had only rooms with special aid for people needing assistance. That caused a bit of a booking problem as the hotel could not give us rooms nearby and won't switch to regular rooms. We had 3 rooms on different floors and far away from each other
