This is a great property especially if travelling with family. The rooms are big and has a small kitchen with utensils and silverware. It also has a big refrigerator. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast was very nice, and coffee was great and available almost the day long along with some fruits. Parking is big and is free of charge. The train station is just across the street and the hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. I believe it was a perfect choice.

Extend breakfast hours for an extra 30 minutes. Some staff do not know to communicate in English. Rooms need to be properly checked before arrival (Shower gel and Shampoo were empty)

Great location - proximity to Union station and hence highly accessible and convenient. A suite format is very comfortable for extended stays - all facilities keeping long stays in mind. Courteous staff who made your stay worthwhile.

Wish the property had a well-stocked cafe accessible through the day. Breakfast menu was limited and very little variations everyday.

We went to a show at the DCU center which was a 5 minute walk. The location was great! It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants as well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I wish the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were lower in the shower! I am 5 ft 4 “ and could barely reach!

Spacious rooms, have more than needed. It is an apartment, not just a room - has a small kitchen and a ridiculously big fridge. The breakfast is ok, don't expect anything fancy. There were a lot of amenities (pool, gym, computers), but we didn't use them.

Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting. The coffee was not very good. The room view was dull (although we didn't expect anything due to the location).

We LOVED everything about this property! Literally everything. The staff was so helpful, polite and patient, the rooms were clean, comfortable and had anything we could have possibly needed, complimentary breakfast was delicious, I could go on. This place truly is the best in the area and we will definitely be staying there again!

Disappointed that continental breakfast wasn't served until 7. We had to leave for a sporting event at 6:45 and they wouldn't let us get something earlier. Part of the reason we chose the hotel was for pool & breakfast. When traveling with kids those 2 things are a priority.

Great location. We were able to walk to the DCU arena for our concert. The room was clean and very comfortable. Spacious. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs and sausage and home fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of restaurants and attractions in the area.

The room

Online checkout stated 12pm and cleaning manager stated it was 11am according to our booking paperwork. So we just packed up and left! It felt strange like we don’t have our own place by her statement.

Location, parking included, comfortable bed and couch, kitchenette

Coffee (yuck, both in room and downstairs), pillows, inability to direct AC vent, tiny mugs, glasses, dishes in kitchenette, trash can liners not fully lining the bins, making it impossible to put much in them.

The facility of the room is quite lovely, and the people at the front desk provide useful information for me, who had not been to Boston before.

one recommend for the hotel is that some chanes for the breakfast will be good when some people stay longer at the hotel.
