While we initially encountered a minor hiccup with our booking through a third party, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. To our delight, they upgraded us to a much larger room, which was a lifesaver for our family and our furry companion. The hotel itself has a classic charm, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. While it might show its age in some areas, the overall experience was pleasant. Our dog was welcomed and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was a delicious way to start the day. A variety of options catered to everyone's taste. Overall, our stay was positive, and we appreciate the hotel's excellent customer service.

My friend and I have stayed here before on at least two other vacations and really like it. I was grateful that I could eat the first part of my breakfast downstairs and take the remaining part (toast, coffee) up to the quiet of my room. The room was very comfortable.

I was upgraded and loved the room but forgot to ask about the handicap accommodations in the bathroom - totally my error. I could not get in the bathtub and cat-washed. If I had been staying more than one night I would have said something but everything else was lovely.

Breakfast was great. Beds are super comfortable. The free TV and the gym was a great time.

Had planned to stay here specifically because they had a pool. Kids love the pool. Well it was very green and white particles floating around. Wish they would have kept up on the cleanliness of the pool. I loved everything else. But probably won't stay here next time unless they fix that.

Recent upgrade to the hotel interior (new carpet, wall covering, furniture). Location near airport, short drive to Manchester and access point to toll road without having to pay the toll. Pricing was a big factor for us as well as their suite was well priced compared to alternatives. We had planned to stay down in Nashua but chose this hotel due to pricing.

At the time renovation was happening with workers throughout the hotel. Not a big deal and I'm sure they will be done soon.

Staff was fantastic, shuttle service fantastic

Toilet ran the whole first. night but was fixed for the 2 nd night, i think bathroom floor grouting needs deep cleaning. There was no info on water quality,I wish there was a water filtration system or water quality report in the room near coffee maker. I looked up Manchester water quality online and it was questionable and at times borderline so I passed on useing water from the tap for tea/ coffee since I wasn’t sure if it was safe.

The shuttle service to the airport is why I chose this hotel. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and accommodatinhg.

When I registered, I requested that the clerk add my name to the shuttle service list as I had a very early flight. Prior to leaving the registration desk, I again reminded the clerk to add my name to the shuttle list. He said he did. However, the next morning when I arrived in the lobby 15 minutes prior to the shuttle arrival and checked with the clerk on duty at the time, my name was NOT on the list. Fortunately, she was able to phone the driver and squeeze me onto another shuttle.

having a shuttle that would take us to the airport was such a positive , as we had 3 of us departing at different times, and were able to turn rental car in the night before.

Hard to operate entrance double door with power opening for only 1 door. I held it open for an elderly person with walker who had a suitcase. Also hard to get luggage rack that hotel provided with only 1 door opening.

The hotel was in a great location. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast that was served was good, and fully stocked for those of us who were on the go. There was a small basketball court for people to use and many places to sit and relax that were outside.

The bathroom had some peeling wallpaper and the grout was stained. There could have been some simple updating. Overall a clean room.

Very clean, modern, lots of outlets for devices. Rooms were very big. Nice fitness room with good equipment. Not too far away from amenities.

Breakfast wasn’t great - I had to hunt around for items because the staff member took off early. The pool also was out of commission. If you don’t want to be right beside the airport runway, don’t stay here. It didn’t bother me so much, but it would some.

Comfortable bed and pillows

After booking the room at a stated price, I was surprised to be charged $5 to park my car. If I had asked to leave my car while I was away, I would have gladly paid for that but to pay to park on the 1 night I paid to stay at your hotel (with plenty of parking) is ridiculous.
