Clean room, good location and good breakfast. Takes 10 minutes on the train into Venice, so an ideal location for exploring Venice for a lot cheaper than staying there.

I was charged a "pre authorisation" payment of the 1st nights stay before arrival. On arrival I was made to pay the full amount of the stay and told I would get the pre authorisation payment back in 2 working days. It's now been over a month and I have only just received the money back after raising a dispute with my bank. If you are charging guests the 1st nights stay in advanced, you should just ask them to pay the difference on arrival and not leave them out of pocket for their holiday.

Excellent location, close to train station. Friendly staffs. Allowed baggage storage. Good water heater and pressure. Basic but good value for money paid (if I get back the deposit)

Additional £100+ deposit at check in. Was told will refund 72 hours after check out but have not received yet. No kettle in the room. Spacious room but more for 1 double bed and 1 single bed (the second single bed blocked usage of study desk and wardrobe). Hard to close shower door. Toilet bowl leaking?? (Water won't stop flowing after flushing, also noted water pooling on floor near toilet bowl)

Breakfast was good, no issues, typical Italian breakfast. Food was fresh and plentiful. Able to park van inside gated parking, bed was typical Italian, room was clean and quiet.

It was stuffy in the room, and A/C had not been turned on for the summer, which is pretty typical. The Europeans change this by date instead of temperature, which makes zero sense. I opened the windows, but there were people talking on the street. They were having a quiet conversation, but you could still hear them clearly. Please allow customers to shut the windows and turn on the air conditioning when it’s hot and humid outside.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a very short walk away from the train and bus station. We were able to pull our luggage to and from the train station upon arrival and departure. It was very convenient! The air conditioning was wonderful! We had a lovely continental breakfast each morning with lots of food choices. We took a train into Venice each day. It was very easy to navigate and an extremely reasonable form of transportation. The area around the hotel was a bit rundown. There were only a few restaurants and it looked quite industrial. The beauty is in Venice, but we are glad that we stayed outside of Venice and at this hotel. It was updated, clean, quiet and smelled fresh!

A key card would be more convenient than a key on a keychain.

This year was the 40th anniversary since my first stay in this hotel. I was 20 years old that time. So, I have a warm sense of the place. It is an overall standard hotel, in a suburb location due to its proximity to the railway station. It is also close to a couple of snack bars that stay open until late in the night (for Italian standards...). They are good for breakfast and late meals. The rooms of the hotel are well renovated and absolutely comfortable.

I couldn't believe that for two persons in the room, they provide two tiny shower gel bags that together cannot suffice for one person's single shower per day. Besides I didn't like that the little fridge was not in operation. It does not befit a proprietorship that made such an investment to renovate the hotel and preserve its standards, to save 5 cents per night from the shower gel… {given the price of the room as well)

Very spacious, clean, 5 min walk to train station. Great breakfast, Staff was wonderful. Will definitely book here for our next stay😁

Only thing we didn't like was the stairs in the apartment building of the hotel, with all our luggage. But the apartment itself was very spacious and clean, 2 big bedrooms, kitchen, and nice bathroom. Would make make sure to book hotel side with elevator next time.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. It took literally just three minutes to the Mestre train station in order to get into Venice downtown. There is a big supermarket nearby, also just 3-4 minutes by walk.

The wifi broke down during our stay and did not get repaired (it seemed to be a central problem, the staff notified the provider immediately, so it was not the staff's fault), the heating made strange noises sometimes.

Friendly staff at check in. Decent breakfast spread with boiled eggs, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, a coffee machine, juice, yoghurt, fruit, pickles, olives, cereal. You can pay for a barista made coffee if you prefer. No problems with WiFi. 2min walk from Mestre station and airport buses. Close to grocery store. Small fridge in room. Tap water drinkable. Hair dryer in room.

No kettle in room. Very dark - only seemed to be a light behind the bed headboard and some lamps (good lighting in shower and toilet). Shower is behind the front door with just a clear glass door - it wasn't visible from the bed in my room, but not sure if all rooms are like this, so it might be weird for non-couples travelling together.

Just 100m from the Mestre train station,the room was as it seems in the photos . Check in was easy, all the staff of the hotel is friendly. We booked in advance and we had a very cheap price. Room was nice as the bathroom with free WiFi and led tv. Heating system is working great. A great choice to be near Venice in a fair price !
