Great continental breakfast, good variety, plenty of fruits, amazing pancakes. Coffee is available around the clock, which is important to me ). Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff! Beach towels are provided by the motel and they are beautiful! But the best and most unique-this motel provides a comfortable shuttle van to the beach and back whenever you need it! AMAZING!!! No need to worry about parking!!! Indoor pool is heated! Fire pit outside, pingpong table! Great experience altogether!!!

A full size mirror would be nice , but not essential. There is a half size mirror in the room. The coffee machine cord was short. But it was replaced within 10 min of reporting. A small wall handle would be convenient by the sink for a hand towel, but again not essential

The fact that I requested a earlier check in and waited for a response. so we decided to just go. it was noon and we asked about early check-in and the lady looks right at me and says no you can't have early check-in we have people checking out at 11 am. Kinda rudely and a nasty look on her face.it was so uncomfortable we left..went back at 4pm..whom ever was there at that time was like night and day.. beautiful smile. Very sweet..made check-in very nice...ohhh. by dinner time finally got the request on app THAT WE CAN CHECK-IN EARLY. What a joke......but on a good note the very nice lady that takes care of morning breakfast was sooo sweet..she let us in 1.2 early so we could have our morning coffee....thank you for that..

The staff, front desk & breakfast lady, were very friendly and personable. The breakfast food was very good and of great variety ... a great start to our vacation activities. The location, parking, resort layout, room layout were terrific. It all seemed a great value.

I think this is typical of Cape properties, but the first floor room we had was, I think, right on a cement slab so was very musty smelling. Otherwise the room was terrific. I would definitely stay here again, but try an upper floor room.

The stuff we’re very good they ensure that we were good and that everything was great. I appreciate the manager and the entire team great job.

Everything about the property was welcoming and inviting just stuff worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was done, and we were comfortable with my entire family and I do appreciate the manager and his effort and his professionalism.

The property was clean, has lots of fun activities for kids/families like a pickleball court, basketball court, ping pong table, volleyball net , playground etc…the showers have great water pressure, has a mini fridge, a rack to hang your clothes, iron, ironing board etc all in good working condition. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were nice and crisp. The resort is at a great location, close to restaurants, mini-golf, shops etc and best of all, the staff was very, very nice and very professional.

The room was new, clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed having a table and chairs. I liked that they had breakfast every morning and plenty of space to sit and be comfortable outside. Also very close to many great restaurants and coves.

The tub did did not have anything to prevent slipping and was very slick. I had to be very careful every time I took a shower because I felt like I was going to slip and fall. Definitely be extra careful if you are prone to slipping.

We loved the space that was made outside for guest. The ping pong table area gave guests a chance for some fun while they relax. They also had an area with fire pits and grills before for winding down for the night.

Area was perfect. The pool looked wonderful. I wish I had requested a first floor room, as the stairs are in the middle and our room was at the opposite end, but it wasn't terribly inconvenient. Our first night we couldn't get the room to cool down and couldn't figure out why, until my husband blocked the air from going behind the window curtain... then it was amazing! Went from sweating to 61 degrees! We really enjoyed ourselves there, especially for an impromptu weekend away!

I have been posting and advertising this place since I came back. The room was immaculately kept. You could smell the freshness of the room upon entering. The linen and towels are lily white. The room is inviting and relaxing. It makes you feel as if you don't want to go outside. I was happy for the shuttle service they offered. Hospitality is exemplary. Malcolm, his wife Kadian, Serena whom I first met upon arrival gave us a relaxed feeling. The additional staff Jay (J), and the housekeepers were very polite. I started making accommodations for next year as the Lord grants. Thanks to the entire staff for a job well done! If anyone gives a rating other than the highest isn't talking the truth. I am happy my church sister and I Iona Mckoy found this hotel on booking.com. What wonderful weekend vacation it was.

Firepits, heated indoor and outdoor pools, bedding, large tub nice size fridge, keurig

Shampoo, conditioner already used. We bought 2 rooms but weren't joined. Tub stop removed so you couldn't fill bath. Continental breakfast could've had better options like muffins, different bagels and yogurts with fruit.
