Room was comfortable and clean, The staff was friendly and were seen on the grounds picking up trash in the shrubs. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping just steps away from the hotel. Was a nice surprise to see that the hotel still provides maid services during your stay.

Cleaning products were a bit too fragrant.

No breakfast. But, McDonald's was only a few blocks walk.

This inn is right on Main Street in Hyannis across from Winter Street. It has free parking and there are plenty of restaurants on Main Street to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean, have TV and a fridge. It is only a 15 minute walk to the harbour and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

We knew when we booked that there wasn't breakfast included. We stayed three nights and when the inn was fuller someone left a note on our rental car that they damaged the door when opening their own door. So free parking doesn't prevent damage or protects the car. The car park was a bit tight.

I love this hotel. It will be more go to hotel when I return to Hyannis. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It was within walking distance to the places we planned to visit. To my surprise, there was a refrigerator in the room. There is a parking lot. Next visit, I will request a room on the 2nd floor.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It was in the middle of Main Street in Hyannis where there were many restaurants and sites within easy walking distance. The hotel manager and wife provided exceptional service. The office wasn't always attended but a quick phone call to the number on the door got an instant response to your questions or needs. The room was clean and adequate. It's not the fanciest hotel around but certainly was a great value for the price in the middle of such a popular area during peak season. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, the shower had good pressure and other things like that were good. The free parking was invaluable as parking at any of the local attractions or beaches was $25-30 a day. We could use our room as home base and take a short walk to a lot of things we wanted to see/do like the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, beaches, restaurants and shopping.

The room was a little dated -- older carpet, curtains weren't completely hung on all the hooks (but they all closed), there was a hole in the wall where the door handle had smashed it and the AC screws had come partially out of the wall (still worked great) But, those were all minor and for the price, wouldn't keep me from going back. The hotel bar at the front was an open patio to the street and the crowd was a little sketchy and it was all smoking. We didn't spend time there anyway - it's just an observation. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within feet of the hotel including a GREAT pizza place adjacent to the parking lot.

Close proximity to the Hyannis strip. You can pretty much walk out of room and your right in the heart of it.

They're want much to not like. I guess if you're a family that will be in hotel during late attend or nights maybe the noise. There's no pool but you should know that when renting.

Nice property, and the staff were awesome! They went out of their way to accommodate our requests, and were always available when needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was FANTASTIC!!!! Close to shops and restaurants, the waterfront is a short walk, and getting in and out was a breeze (nod to the coastal location!).

The property is a little dated, but other than that, our visit was great! The price was probably a little high, but the convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the room, and the helpfulness of the staff made this a great choice for our stay.

What a wonderful gem! Although this motel is on the very busy tourist packed Main St of Hyannis the room was quiet! I don't know why because we weren't that far from the street - and it was not that a noisy air conditioning fan obscured traffic noise - the air conditioning was modern, efficient and whisper quiet. Our room was immaculately clean and the bedding fresh and comfortable. After a nourishing night's sleep, a good hot shower and with the staff person's warm and sunny good wishes we could step right out the door and enjoy all that Hyannis has to offer! - - - and we did!

It's an older place, but very comfortable and the staff was very responsive and friendly. Like being home. Room was clean, bed was exceptionally comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent, bathroom toiletries were wonderful! They even had makeup remover for the ladies! The water power in the shower was awesome and kept the temperature. Really enjoyed my stay will definitely recommend to family and friends! Nicely kept grounds with beautiful flowers hanging from the balcony. Adirondack chairs outside your room to sit and enjoy the sea air and seagulls. Thanks Cape Cod Inn!

The stay here was very good. The room was clean and centrally located. 10 minute walk to Ferry for Martha's Vineyard. The only thing I didn't care for was being woken up suddenly at midnight by someone within the building operating a hammer drill for a few minutes!! Have no idea what they were doing or why, but it was outrageous! Other than that, the stay was great.
