Great location and good communication with host. Very comfortable bed and nice balcony. Everything was clean and the shower worked perfectly.

Small details, e.g. the apartments are not very well isolated so you could hear neighbours quite well, kitchen sink tap was loose, bathroom door was difficult to close and open, the safe did not work, there is a step between the kitchen area and the rest of the apartment which could have had a warning line as it was difficult to see and remember. But these are simply details that could be improved - overall the apartment was very comfortable and good value for money!

This was a perfect stay. The apartment itself is great and everything I hoped for. The location is unbeatable and the apartment itself was great. Christian was fantastic and was a tremendous help, not only making it very easy to find the place and check in but also answering questions about not just the apartment, but anything I needed to know about the city. As someone who was traveling alone that was a huge help. I had never traveled abroad before without staying in a hotel but after this experience I won’t hesitate to do it again. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I picked up the keys at a different building however, the host left very clear instructions...it was no trouble. The host was very accommodating with a change we made. The host is very responsive and provided great information on activities and restaurants in the area

There's nothing we disliked -- we stayed one night; we checked out by 11:00 am the next day.

The property was extremely comfortable. It was very close to everything. Convenient to walk to local places and restaurants. Also Christian the host was great. Easy to talk to, very resourceful and accommodating. I would highly recommend to stay here. I only wish I stayed longer.

No complaints at all.

The place is in the heart of Palermo Soho and therefore a short walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, cafes. There is also a little grocery shop right next to it, so it was convenient that way. I really liked how comfy the pillows were. It felt almost like a memory foam pillow - very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was spacious. The property manager handed over the keys smoothly. All in all, definitely recommend! Would stay again.

The location!

A few more amenities would’ve been nice. Maybe a coffee or espresso maker. Also really would have liked toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo and bath soap. Listing not representative of actual unit.

I would pay a little more attention to cleaness, there were used clothes of previous guests.

The one we stay was no the one in the principal photo of the advertisement, so maybe you need to update with the correct one to avoid confusions and missundersatnding

Very comfortable flat (quiet, good shower, well equipped), excelent location, the comunication with the owner was friendly and efficient, the key collection was very easy.

Well located. Close to many restaurant and caffes. Confortable accomodation with all the main facilities (kitchen utensils, electric appliances) available. Friendly and helpful service. Excellent communications overall
