The location was great - close to shopping and dining. The 2 room apartment was just what we needed, providing space to spread out and be comfortable. The bed and pillows were good, air conditioning was essential and worked well.

2 roller shades don't stay up. Freezer was frozen over, beeping from 24hr parking lot across the street was annoying, bathroom is old and awkward but workable. Someone had previously smoked in the apartment and I could still smell it every time we walked in the apartment door. If other travelers have a street side unit, be aware of the noise factor.

The location. , it's a vibrant, safe neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient stores. Easy to get transportation. Taxi or Subte The Unit is clean, it's great that it has a kitchenette. We made our own breakfast/brunch through our stay. The staff are awesome. A special thanks to Ilana for being so accommodating. Appreciated the flexibility. Strong WiFi! Good sounds proofing. We hardly hear our neighbour.

The bathroom could use a ceiling fan to prevent humidity after shower.

The room layout was nice; liked the kitchenette the best. Nice lighting. Location was good for access to buses; subway 8 minute walk away.

The room is getting a bit worn down, especially apparent in the bathroom. Kitchen hood vent and light did not work. I got a street facing room so I did not bother to open the manual shades (to keep street noise down); night winds rattling shade noises and deck doors did not lock.

Loved the location in such a beautiful spot in Palermo Vieja, was great to have a balcony too where sometimes I had some snacks sitting out and enjoying the fresh air! Staff was fantastic at reception and super helpful and nice!!

Only minor note was that the shower head was not working properly and it was a bit loose so couldn't enjoy my shower at the most. Other than this all absolutely perfect!

This is a fantastic property to stay in. It’s in a very good location. It’s extremely clean and modern and the staff are sensational and very helpful. I cannot recommend this property enough. It is also located in a very safe area and has 24 hour door security.

I stayed in a 1 bed apartment. It was extremely clean it also had a Smart Tv in lounge. Feels very open and spacious. The location is excellent also. Everything is in walking distance. Staff are amazing and the building has 24/7 staff.

Apartment needs update and better lightning. There is a lot of noice from aircon, refrigerator, heater and throughout the night also from a factory or something below the apartment. It sounded as if they were moving heavy things all night.

The location is PERFECT for a tourist - wonderful restaurants around and easy to get to the main sights. The space is exactly what you need. Bed, bathroom and kitchen. All was in working order and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Location was superb. The host Isabell was fabulous.

We had the top floor unit, it had a huge balcony which was great, unfortunately the lower floors had been renovated but the top floor had not. When the top floor get renovated it will be superb.

The people working at Color Botánico were so kind and helpful. Staying here was great. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and clean. The location is in a great neighborhood with good restaurants and near a ton of attractions. I look forward to staying again
