Excellent location - short walk to either Little India or Rochor MRT stations. Easy walk into Little India and Arab St precincts across the main road. Mount Emily park (a hidden gem) nearby. The hotel operation is polished, professional and efficient. Nice pool area. In-house restaurant and breakfast good value. Staff kindly waived charges for an early check-in and late check-out. Thank you - will definitely stay again.

Room was small, but you get what you pay for, and everything was modern, super-clean and efficient with a comfortable bed, so not a real issue. A couple of fresh milk capsules in fridge would be a nice touch for late arrivals, although 7-eleven is nearby. Maybe add 2 glasses, as well as cups?

Excellent place to stay, hotel is brand new and it’s located at a great place. Close to MRT station as well as walking distance to little India food court and Arab Street. Hotel is very clean and tidy room has all the facilities one would require, gym is good as well as an exceptional swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and help full from cleaning team to the reception team all have a smiling face which is pleasant to see.

There is nothing I would change in the hotel. Only thing I would do is put a hotel sign on the glass window at the lobby. As I had walked passed the window twice as it looks more like a entrance to restaurant next door. As a person who has never been to this hotel before it’s hard to find the entrance, looking in through the window restaurant sign which is exceptionally well marked out over shadows the hotel lobby. There is nothing on the double door to say that it the hotel lobby entrance as well as entrance to the restaurant next door.

Staff was amazing especially Masao our host. Room was perfectly clean. Universal chargers. Wifi was great. The pool and gym are perfect size and also very clean.

It is very clean and pretty; the staff is very friendly.

I couldn't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel. Maybe except for the absence of bathrobes, it pretty much had everything one could imagine. And the breakfast is pretty nice - a diverse choice in the buffet.

The location of hotel was excellent, close to two MRT stations, bus routes and walking distance to Little India and the Arabic Quarter. The room was the most expensive so far on my travels. However, the price was average for Singapore. My room was spotless, functional, compact and had all the facilities I required. Plus a large window, with a city view. Everything was to a high standard. I used the swimming pool and gardens which were well maintained and clean.

When I arrived and paid for the room there was a proportionate add on to the bill, which was not included in the price that I had been quoted. Excellent service at breakfast but it is nothing special.

Steps from Rochor MRT and Bugis MRT (further but access to other MRT lines). Various eating options in vicinity (check out Albert Centre for cheap tasty meals, and Feng Sheng Chicken Rice on Short St). 7-11 just downstairs of hotel. Room comes with blockout blinds. Air conditioning is very effective.

The shower head is fixed quite low. Bath a little cramp, not easy to dry yourself after shower. Noise penetrates wall quite a bit (heard neighbour's hair dryer at 1-2am a few nights). Room service time is at times inconvenient (early morning or late evening mostly).

We only had breakfast there once — it was adequate but we had better elsewhere. Due to the very small en-suite the position of the toilet paper provided challenges.

Everything. Its near to MRT and bus stand. Staff is kind and considerate. Within its price range is the best buy. P.S for Indians looking vegetarian option it makes quite a lot of sense as its next to little india however has proper feel of any other singaporean 5 star

The location is great. The hotel is near 3 mrt lines, which makes it easy to get onto different train lines. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful in answering any questions. There is a lovely restaurant for meals. Rooms are well kept and maintained. Close to Little India and Bugis Street. We will definitely stay there again. Quiet a few Hawker centres close by. There is a 7eleven in the building. There are also restaurants in Albert court that are next door to the hotel. There is a laundrette that can be used by hotel guests.

We had an interior room that didn't get any sunlight. It made the room dark. If the lights were on and the blinds up, you could see into other rooms. I would book an exterior room next time. There is a large window letting in lots of natural light. The lights didn't have a good field of light,especially if you wanted to read in bed.
