Key codes are too lengthy, had to call security one night because code was apparently stuck from the strong wind and wouldn't open the door, had to wait in line to get into gate b/c people were having challenges with gates. TV in living area would not work, except only very random and then just shut off.

the location was perfect. my wedding reception was right outside the gates so it was really easy for my mom to walk back from (she has foot arthritis) and it was convenient for if the baby(7months) needed to sleep. the villa is beautiful and the view is amazing. I loved waking up to walk out to the beach. there were random small pieces of glass though in the bathroom which was kind of worry some but not to the point where I would need a different room. the sofa bed was unfortunately broken beforehand so we didn't get to use it, but they came out the next day to bring an air mattress.the villa came with a crib and a high chair already, so I didn't need to rent it for the baby. the beach locker had everything we would need for the beach(beach chairs, floaties, sand toys, cooler, snorkel gear) so we just spent a day lounging on the beach. I definitely want to go back and stay there again! thank you so much

Perfect set up for families visiting the North Shore of Oahu. We were a family of five in a 3 bed villa. Plenty of space and having a fully equipped kitchen meant we didn’t need to eat out for every meal. Having the Turtle Bay Resort next door meant there were plenty of facilities (surf school, restaurants, etc).

My Family and I spent 6 days in Ohau North Shore this November and stayed in a studio villa. From the very beginning, I appreciated the friendliness, flexibility and professionalist of the host: Kimberly was in constant contact with us and was able to exhaustively answer all our questions and promptly accomodate any additional request. All information provided before our arrival were extremely useful to plan our stay and book most activities in advance. The studio villa had a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious main room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The patio overlooks the turtle bay beach. The whole apartment was very clean and nothing was missing, broken or obsolete. The ocean view from our villa was amazing and the proximity with the Turtle Bay resort added so many amenities to the package: we were able to easily rent e-bikes, go horse back riding and try a different restaurant every night during our stay.

The couch bed the kids were sharing was not the most comfortable for the two of them, but sheets, pillows and covers were clean and readily available.

The location was awesome, the view was great. The villa was very roomy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

The AC wasn’t working and while it was not too hot it would have been nice to have a break from the humidity if we wanted to use the AC instead of keeping the place open.

Location was beautiful and convenient to local food trucks, markets and drug stores.

Providing the necessities such as coffee, Pam spray. Buying these at the market were not a problem, but they were not entirely used and had to be thrown away....just a waste of money.

The villas had a great location with a smaller pool and just off from the beach. The villa was comfortable and the communication and information from the hosts was great. The beach locker was a great addition as it allowed us to snorkel at the beach.

Proximity to beach & resort. Felt safe & comfortable.

I liked everything except the rubbish is located quite a distance away from apartments. The pool lounge cushions could do with a clean, most were dirty from heavy use. Bit disappointed that there wasn’t a dishwasher - seems odd especially given the price of the villa.

The location was great. We were close to the beach and able to use the restaurants at the Turtle Bay resort. We were close to the North Shore beaches. On our 3rd day, we found the local hikes next to the resort. The rooms were also stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and boogie boards which we used daily. We had a couple of issues which were addressed quickly. The onsite support was efficient and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

While you can access the facilities at Turtle Bay resort, you do have to pay for everything, even the activities that are free to turtle bay guests.
