Everything from reception to checking out.This is one very well run hotel The staff are highly trained and nothing was ever to much trouble and more importantly as a customer we were dealt with great courtesy and professionalism. I would like to mention three exceptional staff members who were extremely helpful and as a disabled person I was so happy I was not looked down upon and treated with respect. The names of staff involved was roshan,swaraj and tanzila.The welcome was warm and genuine. Our room faultless it was superb.The breakfast team on the day another credit to the hotel great service and food quality and taste exquisite. Overall an outstanding ten out of ten .many thanks Adam and ruby.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

The location in Euston is very convenient and central to transport access. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Our room had very limited natural light and no window to open for fresh air. Our stay was for 7 nights so a window would have been very pleasurable to avoid using the air conditioner constantly.

Location was perfect from London Euston train station. Hotel and room were very posh and comfortable as I expected from a Hilton hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. Shall definitely be staying again.

Drinks were extremely overpriced at the bar. Also, we didn’t end up having breakfast at all in the end due to the extortionate room service charge. I didn’t expect the prices to be cheap though being the Hilton, however still a lot more than I expected. This shall not stop me from staying at the Hilton again though.

The property is lovely and very convenient spot for us. The room was clean and comfy and perfect for us. I would stay again because of these reasons.

I think the staff need to be a friendlier. Iv stayed at the hotel twice now and when at the desk it’s all very rushed and quick to check in I know the hotel is busy but some smiles and some nice conversations would be nice other than me being asked for my payment and to fill in the forms nothing else was said to me. The concierge was quite cheery but other than that everyone just seems so down and not interested. I just think it’s nice for people to show some interest a little makes your stay feel a little nicer.

The hotel is located not far from the center, very close to the metro, but we like to walk and till Big Ben it was 30 minutes. Hotel very clean is located in the historic building. The rooms are big. A very wide choice for breakfast. Everything is very tasty. Close to the British Museum (10-15 min and British Museum is for free). There are several restaurants nearby where you can eat cheap but the food will be healthy. The gym is open 24 hours, it's small but I like it!

For the rooms on the ground floor, some windows overlook the inner hotel restaurant and it is very strange feeling. There are only UK sockets everywhere, you can't charge your phone or computer, but you can ask for an EU adapter on the reception, it is for free.

Room was of good proportions for central London. Ensuite very clean, beds comfortable. Great location which was the main reason we chose to stay here. Happy with the 24/7 reception, as we needed to drop off our luggage very early in the morning before returning quite late that night

Overall, the hotel looks a little tired and in some areas a little worn, like commonly used doorways etc. It is quite large and would expect it to be busy pretty much all the time. Would be very helpful to a ramp next to the front steps.

Hotel staff were very warm, friendly and engaging to me. Cheers to F&B managers Monjur, Anurav and Mia for serving so excellently at the breakfast hall and making the mornings I wake up to in London a pleasant experience. Cheers to the level 3 housekeeping crew members as well for doing a superb job since my check-in! Especially to the housekeeping lady of North Indian ethnicity who was approachable for room item amenities.

Location was excellent, near to Kings Cross Station, Euston and Russell Square underground stations and the staff very helpful. I had the "single" room which was very narrow, street facing and had a single bed in it. For whatever reason, when making the booking, I thought of a single room as a room for one person, not a single bed. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable enough, the bathroom was smallish but worked and the wi-fi was fine. It was a bit noisy being directly on Upper Woburn - lots of sirens, but one acclimates to that after a bit. My biggest complaint was the price...almost USD 440/night for a "single" room. That felt egregious to me even though I did agree to the price...but did not realize how skimpy the room would be. By comparison, there are plenty of small, very nicely furnished apartments available in the nearby areas for a similar price, or less.

The Breakfast offered was second to none. Staff was VERY friendly and service was impeccable! The room was cleaned EVERY day and the hotel seemed to be maintained very well as far as cleanliness goes. The location was perfect for anyone or family who wants to be close to all the attractions but without the noise! I would HIGHLY recommend the London Euston!

Our Family room's air conditioner for heat was NOT working. They did offer 2 sperate heaters but for this type of hotel and cost, this was unacceptable. The room itself tough was great!
