Location great and surrounding area full of lovely cafes and restaurants. Hotel clean and beds comfortable. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast was superb.

The room was uncomfortably hot. Like, REALLY HOT. To the point of wedging open the door to the corridor to get air. We mentioned this to staff at reception who said that they would sort it out, but didn’t. Cannot stress enough just how bloody hot it was. PLEASE sort out the heating/aircon. Comfy beds but TERRIBLE night’s sleep. Sweating just thinking about that room! Hottest place on earth.

Great location shopping centre right there with supermarket, takeaways and pubs. Easy walk to train stations and hotel staff were fabulous. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious.

There were a few additions things we needed- fan as the rooms were very hot and no ability to open windows, fridge to keep medicines cool and special diet requirements. Staff were happy to accommodate all our extra needs. Laundry service was good. Only other thing was our toilet kept blocking up. The water pressure is quite low so assistance with this was provided on numerous occasions.

I sprained my ankle on arrival in London and when I arrived at the hotel the desk staff, concierge, and cleaning staff were amazing. From changing my room to a more shower accessible one, to greeting me ever morning with how are you? Is your ankle better? They brought ice to the room, the room service was prompt, the food hot and overall, saved my vacation from ruin. I was able to get out and do things after just a couple of days, because the Tube station was just a short walk away, there was a mall, with a grocery store, drug store and literally anything else I needed right across the street. I would stay here again in an instant!

Well, this seems to be true in every hotel in England, but they don't have outlets for blow dryers in bathrooms, ,,, only for shavers....so you have to stand or sit out in the room, with not the best lighting, to blow dry your hair.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly (from housekeepers, to breakfast staff to reception), well presented and helpful. The breakfast options had a large variety to choose from cereals, to cold meats, to hot baine marie options, to pancakes, croissants, wide selection of teas and coffees. At reception you had an opportunity to book tourist attractions. The souvenirs shops, underground train station, hop on hop off buses were all within 150 meters.

Wish there were balconies to just sit outside and watch the world go by. In all honesty this place cannot be faulted!!

For breakfast they had a buffet & a variety of different options. I liked how it was self served and everything was freshly made. The front desk staff were always kind, especially Mr. Ahmed who would assisted us with our taxis in the morning to make sure we would get to our locations on time. He also made sure that we had our taxi booked and ready on our departure day to heathrow in advance. When I booked my stay I requested an accommodation for my kid which I changed my mind but the staff was nice to provide it to me regardless & that really helped me. Bloomsbury was a calm neighborhood & easy to get around to other locations. Best holiday inn stay.

The location was excellent. In the center of london .just 2 min walk to underground station.Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was very good with different options.they had prepared a qote for my kid.and it was raining and the weather was little cold I said to them and they had prepared an extra warmer in the room .I recommend this hotel .

I think just housekeeping was a little weak.it seems that they haven't enough workers.they had some delay in servicing rooms.but they were so friendly and after talk with them they had done it .

Hotel just a short walk from tube station, staff at hotel exceptional friendly helpful respectful welcoming smile on all staffs faces room very clean beds made up toiletries & towels provided toiletries smelt beautiful food & evening meal excellent everything cooked & served fresh seated for breakfast which worked very well no queuing anything & everything you could think of & more on the menu, What a brilliant experience will definitely be using this hotel again Thank you to all staff WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Nothing to dislike could not have asked for anything better.

Extremely clean and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very little noise despite being central. Close to transport links and with plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was very good. My son loved the little activity bag and being able to choose a "wish" from the bar. Problems were promptly resolved. When we arrived early and asked politely if we could leave our luggage somewhere we were able to check in several hours early.

The toilet in our room didn't flush well and it became blocked twice during our 7 night stay, though this was swiftly resolved each time. We had a child bed in our room which was very helpful but did lead to a fairly cramped room - something to be aware of. It is a busy hotel and there can be queues at breakfast. You can avoid this by choosing quieter times and there were signs advising what time are likely to be busiest. The main part of the room was not very well lit unless you were in bed using reading lamps.

The hotel was in a great location, close to train/metro stations, so it was easy and quick to get to the places we wanted to visit. Our room was clean and heated, daily room service, no toilet problems during our 5 night stay. There was enough space in the bathroom for a tall man to sit comfortably on the toilet. The staff were lovely, always very helpful. The breakfast was good and quite diverse, so there was plenty to choose from, although we don't eat hard cheese, so neither of us ate cheese during our entire stay. Cheeses such as Swiss, Gouda or Edam could be served. It is very convenient that the hotel has a restaurant and a bar with drinks and meals. Also, wi-fi was good. Last thing, despite soundproofing we could still hear other doors being closed, they are pretty laud, but we didn’t hear other guests talking, which was very good. Soundproofing was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel.

The hotel should definitely replace mattresses. The mattress on our double bed was too soft or just too old what caused us to slide to the middle of the bed sometimes. Also, you could feel the springs on the fold-out sofa. Second minus would be for laud closing doors, despite soundproofing we could hear them. They could also serve more cheeses during breakfast, such as Swiss, Gouda or Edam.

Ideal position. Stay here each time we visit London. Breakfast substantial and good choice.

Was disappointed as we had booked through booking.com and on arrival were told we couldn’t have a twin room. Two ladies in their 70’s do not want to share a double bed. I had requested two beds on booking but reception said this had not been sent through and there were non available so we had to pay extra for a family room and I had to sleep on sofa bed which was so uncomfortable. Should never be classed as an extra bed.
