The location was perfect! We were there for only 4 nights and 3 in the group had never been to Paris before so we wanted to see all the tourist spots and this was close to all the major sites. We were a block in from the Seine on a quiet street between the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Notre Dame. Perfect! The staff was also exceptional and really made us feel welcome. And finally the property was small so not overwhelming and it was beautifully decorated.

The bathtubs - the sides are too high and the tub is narrow. But it was a typical European bathtub so I can’t really complain.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the Musee D'Orsay and the Seine. Metro and RER stations really close. Over the river were the Tuileries Gardens and you could walk one way to Notre Dame and the other to Place de la Concorde. The room was very clean and had a view of other old buildings. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was served from 7 - 11 so there was no rush. There was a good choice of nice food. The staff were all friendly, polite, helpful and charming and spoke really good english. We would definitely go there again (or to one of the other Esprit hotels).

The room was a bit small, but it is the centre of Paris so we expected it. It wasn't a problem for us.

Location: brilliant, walking distance to most major Paris sites. Close to two Metro stations and one RER station if you need to get further afield or can't do too much walking. Quiet street, lots of small restaurants in the neighbourhood. Staff: very friendly and helpful Room: small, but value for money in central Paris. Terrific bed Breakfast: Excellent breakfast buffet, a lot more food choices than you often get in small European hotels.

Bathroom is very small, was ok for me but not usable by two people at the same time. Shower doesn't have a shelf to put toiletries on, so you have to put them on the floor. Sink is very small, and the positioning of the faucet on the side of the sink meant that inevitably water got on the counter. If you travel with a lot of toiletries (like some people I know) this would be a challenge. A minor quibble, this is a great hotel that I highly recommend and would stay at again.

The location was fantastic with all of the main attractions in under 30mins walking distance. We loved the ‘classic French’ feel of this hotel. The buffet style breakfast was delicious with a range of options available. The room was specious even with three adults sharing the room (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the downstairs foyer before heading to our room. We would definitely stay here again!

More plugs around the bed so you could have lamps and phone charger plugged in at the same time - take an extension plug if staying.

Fabulous area of the left bank- just one street from the Seine, Gracious old Townhouse minutes from dOrsay Museum and Louvre a mere 10 minute walk across Pont Royale. Very good eateries minutes away too -Hotel is beautifully appointed with classic decor with a contemporary twist.My Room windows opened onto a view across a tranquil neighbouring courtyard garden and rooftops-certainly was a highlight. Very comfortable bed and hot shower. Excellent breakfast selection in pretty bright glassroofed room..

Nothing except a teaspoon in my room which was supplied.

Almost next door to Musée D’Orsay and Concorde yet it was very quiet. We liked the speciousness of the delux room for 2, the breakfasts and the helpfulness of the staff. The room had high ceilings and nice updated bathrooms, plenty of space and French decor yet had all modern amenities, coffee etc.

Hotel D’Orsay was exceptional. Perfect location, very clean and the decor is exceptional. We would most definitely stay here again. Special mention to Roxanne and Vajira that always greeted our family with a smile and quick to be of service to make our stay in Paris and their hotel unforgettable. We had 2 rooms and they also made every effort to have us close together and this was much appreciated. This hotel is also a part of a group of hotels in Paris that allows you you stop in, rest and even enjoy a coffee. The metro with main line to direct access to MontMartre or Galleries LaFayette is also just outside the hotel.

The staff were delightful and the rooms were really clean neat and comfy. We had a balcony on our first stay which was so wonderful for the morning and evening when we came back to the room.

Would have liked to have a room with a balcony when I stayed two more days and I did upgrade but did not seem to have made a difference?

We recently stayed at the Hotel d'Orsay with my husband for our wedding anniversary, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible view of Paris from a high floor, just as we had requested. We loved waking up to the stunning views of the city every morning and enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the comfort of our room. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to Paris' major attractions, museums, and restaurants. What impressed us most was the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request or inquiry we had. In summary, we had a wonderful stay at the Hotel d'Orsay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Paris. We look forward to returning soon!

The staff was wonderful. They booked a very nice local restaurant for us. One traveler is vegan and they prepared with oat milk and coconut yogurt. The breakfast was very good and the staff at breakfast excellent. Our bedroom was very quiet and the curtains blocked out the early sun. The decor was lovely. The closet space great. The AC was super too. The lobby has coffee and an honor bar.

Depending on which side of the building you are staying in might be steps or a very small lift. We did not have this issue. If I were to stay again with my husband, I would book a larger room. This room was, even by Paris standards, very cramped. We had to empty our suitcases into the ample closet because there was nowhere to leave them out. There was a suitcase deep place on one side of the bed.
